Change your goals. When you first meet, your goal should be to have a pleasant interaction that you BOTH enjoy. Don't make it about your personal quest to get laid. Tune in more to her and how she's feeling in the interaction. Then if you've succeeded in giving her a positive interaction, then ask for her number and move forward. Tune in to her, not yourself

You don't actually need pussy though. You want it. Communicating that you want/desire her is good. Communicate that you "need" her or that you are desperate, and she will run for the hills.

Why? Why do you NEED her to like you? Nearly 8 billion humans on this planet, and you NEED this one girl who you just met and didn't know existed an hour ago to like you? Look into yourself and ask yourself why you need that so much because you really shouldn't. It doesn't make any sense to NEED the approval of someone you just met. Completely illogical

The abundance mindset works because it means that you are not needy. Ultimately it is about neediness. If your subcommunication says that you are desperate for her to like you, it will communicate low status and she will be put off and most likely reject you. Don't be outcome dependent. Like yourself enough to not need the validation of others, then you won't be subcommunicating the need for her approval, and instead will be subcommunicating an "abundance mindset".

Experiencing anxiety is a shitty feeling though. I've always been an introvert. I used to have bad anxiety but I learned over the years how to let that go and now I'm much more chill and happy than I used to be. Doesn't bother me to approach and talk to strangers now or public speaking but I'm still an introvert. I would still suggest to get over the anxiety to anyone who is anxious because your life is much better without it. I would guess that you feel that way maybe because it makes you feel …

I would see him as being more brave and more attracted to me But would you be more attracted to him than a guy who was more relaxed during the interaction?

This is really the single most important thing. Relaxed, positive, flirtatious vibe is what you're going for so that she feels comfortable and happy interacting with you.

Not true at all. I don't really have any close male friends and never had a problem with women. If a woman judged me on how many friends I have I'd tell her to hit the road immediately. No time for shallow, trash personalities when there are plenty of good women out there. Op just needs to focus on becoming better at conversing with women.

Except it's not true. If you cold approach women it's not like they're going to ask you to list off your friends first. It's about the vibe of the interaction. If you come across as anxious/nervous you'll get rejected a lot. If you're relaxed and smiling while you talk you will have much more success. Getting in shape will help, dress in clothes that fit you well, and pay attention to the energy you bring when you talk to women. If you want a positive reaction from her you need to bring positive…

I think a lot of anxiety comes from a subconscious assumption that she is higher status than you are and that you have to prove your value to her. Remind yourself that a) she's not some supernatural angelic deity, she's just another pooping, farting human animal just like the rest of us. And b) you have value, or the ability to bring value to the table to match or beat the value she might offer you. Also, don't put a ton of pressure on yourself. Don't focus on having sex, or getting a number, an…
