Sexual harassment is a scary thing. It is can be ridiculous but also something that could get you fired in a blink of an eye. I knew a guy that was transferred to a different location because he was talking about a South Park episode and someone took offense. The company ended up paying a settlement to the complainer. The guy is lucky he didn't lose his job. Actual sexual harassment is bad, but just offending someone because you said something sexual.... fuck off, we are all adults here.

It should not be based off income. Do a study of what it costs to provide for a child and pay 50/50. I'm talking basic needs here, clothing, food, and medical. Rent should not be a factor as both parents need to provide a place for the children when they are with them. Now my little rant I just got my last check of the year. Amount taken out YTD for support over $9500. That is for two kids. WTF a 7 and 9 year old need almost 5k each for I have no idea. What I do know is it really prevents me fro…

You're being such an idiot that I can't tell if you're trolling or not. I don't have a problem with paying fair child support that goes to support the child, what a concept. The amount of child support is excessive for most children's needs and once the money is in the hands of the mother she can spend it however she wants. Further more!!! I'm in the same boat, I pay about 750/mo in support and the bitch won't even get my son a proper a hair cut. Lawmakers don't seem to give a shit about unfair child support. Child support is misguided to say the least.

I know it is costly so I can't do it myself. I just have a hard time with dealing how unfair child support laws are and there really isn't anyone out there to help people like me. It isn't purely a state issue either although each state does have its own laws.

Not only that, but I believe she should take some responsibility from not removing herself from a bad situation. If the husband really was so abusive why didn't she leave years ago?
