I think its easy to fall into that trap and play the same narrative to yourself that Asians and brown guys are at the bottom of the heirarchy. I’m 5’8 Chinese Canadian living in a predominantly white province where chicks PREFER White guys but I still don’t have any issues gaming hens. Looks can only take you so far, its all about game

Yup. 5’8” Asian and I have no issues gaming hens. Slept with girls upward of 6’2”

I suppose I just respond differently. I know this isn’t a great bench mark as test levels differ based on so many factors but my test rose from 12.8ng/dL to 48.6ng/dL with just 400mg in comparison to my buddies who were in the sub 40’sng/dL

I only did one cycle. It was a good experience overall but like the comment says its more of a self control thing. Will I go back on? Yeah maybe in the future and probably do test and masteron conservatively but I’m not yearning for it by any means. I’m still getting back to where I was strength wise pre-covid and its been going well doing it ‘naturally’

Agreed. Even after the research, if you still want to lose your natty card then always start small. Less is always more

I had an issue with acne too but at the time I was on cycle, I was also on a course of Epuris (another brand of accutane) which cleared me

Gained a total of 28lbs, granted my diet got sloppy at times but I didn’t really care as much. After PCT, I’d say I kept around 13-14lbs which are pretty good returns all things considered. The best part about it all was the mental focus and drive. The feeling was unmatched.

You’ll find that steroid use is more common than you think. My 0.02 is that If you’re ready to take the leap then sure go for it, just know the potential risks involved. I’d take comments with a grain of salt because odds are, some of them haven’t touched gear so it offers zero information. I did a cycle of test e for 12 weeks at 22yrs old and I’m 24 now. Did all the bloodwork (pre, intra and post) with a proper PCT and had no issues. I mainly did it for myself but the girls that came along with…

I suppose thats one way to dissect the post but I’m simply listing the anecdotal experiences thus far and it was sort of the only way for me to word it. I still think I’m on my shit but agree to disagree. At any rate thanks for the reply man!

Chicks are going to be chicks. Very fickle creatures and it sounds like she presented a red flag that you’re debating on letting go. I think all the brothers hear will tell you this but pay attention to what she does, not what she says. You can bet your ass she’s going to do the same thing again or branch swing! Especially when you’ve considered an LTR, I suggest you start gaming other hens and spin plates so you don’t offer her all your attention and develop oneitis because this is how it start…

I went on Epuris, another brand like accutane and did about 6-7 month course working my way up to 80mg. Changed my life and its worth it

In a untrained athlete, it takes about 8 weeks to build the neural adaptations and pathways for strength gains as you become more efficient in your movements then can take upward of 20 weeks to notice hypertrophy. For someone who has been training then losing adaptations, could be about 4-6 weeks depending on how you reintroduce the workload back in to your life. I wouldn’t recommend going HAM on the first week.

I’ve had success on tinder but honestly at the end of the day, most girls on there are just in it for the quick hit of dopamine of social validation and most of them will flake out when you’ve set a time and place to hang out. Might just be myself and my SMV but its not worth it imo. To each their own

No worries brother. A go-to phrase I use when a girl does ask for my height though is the following “I’m 5’8”, all that length had to go somewhere else” with some form of emoji depending on how interested they are. At any rate though you’re still young so even growing or filling out your frame will help a ton so as TRP would say, lift and stfu hahaha
/r/askTRP22/06/20 12:47 PM
4

I’m 5’8” and I usually leave that information out of tinder. For the most part most girls are generally shorter plus they don’t really know what 6’0” actually looks like but I can definitely empathize with you there. Things that help me get over it is to wear sneakers that add a tiny bit of height but also fixing my posture and coming off confident. Everything else will fall into place. Cheers man

“Alpha lite” Hahahaha this is a good one.
/r/askTRP16/06/20 02:38 PM

This might sound bizarre but when I used to binge watch shows, you sort of pick up on certain alpha behaviours of fictional characters. For example, Harvey Specter from Suits was hands down the most alpha character out there and he not only aims to win and succeed, he had a witty charisma. I took that and apply it into my daily life and honestly, not giving a fuck helps a lot. Cheers

Heres the thing man. If you were gaming multiple hens to begin with you wouldn’t really have this oneitis problem. My rule of thumb is either 0 or 2 or more, never 1. It is hands down the most easily tangible solution to mitigate it only because you don’t have the time to allocate your resources into one girl. Ultimately you should be focused on yourself though. You come first, and the hens? Well they’ll just follow. Cheers
/r/askTRP16/06/20 02:28 PM

I’m honestly way more concerned with my muscle size. For me, I grew up fat so talking to girls came about when I actually looked decent. Now that I have lost a considerable amount of mass and gained some fat, I’m more inclined to get back to where I was before I start gaming the hens.

24, I go back and forth between the following: -fitted casual: nice fitted blank, mature colour toned tee shirt, fitted pants, maybe a bomber or denim jacket and boots or sneakers -street casual: similar tee shirt set up, joggers or fitted sweats, pullover hoodie, and hyper runners
/r/askTRP16/06/20 02:22 PM

That last reply on her end was enough to let me know she was never interested in the first place. Hard next and move on. “Women will bend the rules for the alpha but make more rules for the beta”. Not implying you’re a beta but in her eyes it might be that she saw you as an orbiter for non-sexual attention. Cheers

You are your own worst critic. It’s a good mentality to have to an extent, because you’re not complacent or content with your current situation. There’s always room for improvement and to do more but from what I’m practicing, you have to find some balance. Cheers
/r/askTRP15/06/20 05:06 AM

As a general rule of thumb, always add “right now” to everything she says/does or how she feels. Its a hard lesson to learn but it made me recognize that at the end of the day, you’re seriously better focusing on yourself. Cheers

Oh sorry man I read your post incorrectly. I think the ball is in your court with what you want to do. You’re still fucking them and they’re coming back for more and thats the best case scenario. Otherwise you could gently drop them by saying “hey this was fun but I don’t think we should do it anymore” or something of that nature. Or do the obvious, ghost them. Cheers brother

It depends on what you want to do with these other plates. If you want to break them then just drop them completely but if you want to spin them in the backburner than nobody is asking you to fuck them. You just have to continue to talk to them while you promote your desired plate to an LTR IF she brings it up. That conversation should not be initiated by you. Are you vetting them properly for an LTR, any red flags, etc.? I wouldn’t put much thought into it or you’ll second guess yourself. TRP i…

Ive been through that hell hole already. It really comes down to “ok this was the hand dealt to me, NOW WHAT?”. Ah another way of looking at it. Its sort of like stoicism where you are in control of your life and you just accept whatever that is out of your control. Loneliness is in fact relative and its what you make out of it. I am completely fine in solitude when its time to buckle down but your close circle gives you a sense of comradery. Thanks for the comment man
/r/askTRP02/06/20 04:33 PM

I completely agree with you. I think since being exposed to TRP, some really indulge themselves into the life following these set of rules when to me, its a toolset that should allow you to be aware. You recognize the world for what it is and its teaching you ways to make the world in your favour. At least thats what I’m getting out of it while trying to internalize TRP.

Thanks for the comment man. I guess self-actualization for some is not the be all end all or the end game. For guys who wish to seek excellence, its about continual mastery and competence because if you become content with what you have (nothing wrong with that), you might slack off with the time allotted to you. Time being literally money to me, I think I need to continue on the grindstone but also spare the time to do other things. Time management and productivity. Great lessons.

From an exercise physiology stand point, strength will always come first because of your body perfecting the neural pathways to be more efficient in your movements. Continue the frequency, intensity and VOLUME with progressive overload in which your body will adapt through increase muscle size and increased muscle fiber numbers and this can take upwards from 8-20 weeks. Be persistent and stay focused.

Thats insane, thanks for sharing man. I could not imagine going through what you’ve been through but it sounds like you’ve made leaps and bounds. Success varies from one another. What would be success to me may be completely boring to you thats why I specifically said “subjectively successful” because you might just want to have a high notch count with nothing to show for it while the next guy wants to eventually have a submissive wife, obedient kids and a 6+ figure income. Really depends on how you look at it but I won’t point and sputter that your reply could be more tasteful. I’ll let the hens do that.

This is an interesting thought. You’ve clearly accomplished so much and have women coming to you yet theres a feeling of isolation. Do you think its the lack of substance from those around you? Thanks for the reply man. Who would have though that it can in fact be so isolating at the top. You make these sacrifices on the way and dropping off anchors that would’ve weighed you down. Would you say you’re happy with the results?

The Rational Male by Rollo Tomassi has a point where most chumps go for a sniper approach when it comes to girls. I won’t lie I am guilty of doing that but instead you should be going for a shotgun approach. Throw shit on the wall until something sticks otherwise you won’t know what it’ll be like to hook a HB9 or 10. They might be interested.

24 year old, 5’8” Asian here. Lost my virginity at 21 and prior to that, I would’ve fit the stereotypical narrative of being nerdy, asocial and was completely lacking the awareness let alone growing up fat af. Lost all my weight at 20-21, built the muscle and confidence to combat my social uncalibrated self. It was really trial and error in being pragmatic. Perspective! Thanks for the reply. I can for sure see the two sides to the coin and you are right. Time is most valuable to me and there should be to an extent some equilibrium to reach self enlightenment. Otherwise I’d live a life although hopefully with success, the experiences I would have missed out (ie. travelling, partying, seeking out the odd LTR here and there, making financial risks) would be on my mind forever

Refreshing to see some contrast in terms of the age spectrum. You’ve clearly seen growth in all areas in life and even took part in what seems to be so controversial these days - marriage. TRP to me is more than just slaying women like a lot of posts I see but to reach the best version of yourself, and being unplugged from the matrix and seeing the world for what it really is provides me a different perspective on what success means to me. With all things considered like financial freedom, self …

Hey man thanks for the reply! Feel free to humble brag, its sort of nice to hear success stories from other guys on here who have put in the work to reaped the benefits. Theres absolutely nothing wrong with building the financial freedom and autonomy so that you can work on yourself in all areas in life. I’m really inspired and I hope I can get there one day. Thanks for the reply. Your point on the highest quality of freedom is something I think a lot of guys my age should strive for but like you said, there are many distractions and the indoctrination of the “white picket fence” lifestyle and I’m certainly guilty of being tempted by it. I suppose discerning my distractions and maintaining course is the best option to yield to best results.

I think its because its a 2012 and not a newer vehicle. My understanding is that older vehicles generally have a higher interest rate and an aggressive loan. Regardless its not something I am proud of and I think my best route is to pay a steady state of lump sums that will build principal, then place my loans on hold as I am in school. This way I can worry about my paying off my car in 2 years instead of 4, and chip away at loans when I have the funds.

Thanks for the reply! The 40k debt is split pretty close to 50%, slightly more on the car. My salary is based on how many shifts I pick up. Last year I managed to earn a gross pay of 85k but that was without any schooling involved. Now that I am back in school, that income will drastically decrease to maybe 40-50k? Its hit or miss as I work as a RN, and won’t get work unless they require another person. Most of the student loan debt was incurred from my last degree. I’m hoping with my job, I can…

My credit score is 800. With respect to my car, I suppose I would be consider “under water” with it unfortunately. 20k loan on it and I am certain with a high interest rate of like 6% over 4 year term. I should be able to pay most of it off in 2 years if I keep up my current work pace along side with school. Then work on my loans slowly afterward.

Athough most people here will tell you not to go back on social media, I think it really depends on your age. I was in a similar situation and being at 23 now, 174lbs 15% bf I think it was worthwhile for me to do so. A lot of people my age rely on it for logistics, let alone try to stalk you to make sure you’re not some radical incel. Snapchat and instagram seems to be the way to go. Im Asian and I have no issues picking up a girl. It really depends on where you’re trying to pick them up from. Then again, why are you focused on girls when you should be focused on yourself? Like Richard Cooper says, make yourself the mental point of origin. I would go up to 500mg weekly since you’ve already been on TRT dose for awhile. Anything more is useless without any more ancillaries. I ran 400mg from being completely natty at 22yrs for 14 weeks using Test E and splitting my pins every Monday and Thursday and taking Asin 12.5mg EOD and HCG subQ pins 500IU also every Monday and Thursday. Great results. If its mass you’re looking for then I would consider adding another compound like NPP or masteron with test being your base.

Thanks for the reply. I live in SK and would potentially be looking into Alberta for the demographic. Both provinces allow nurses to use botox and filler. Always add “not now” at the end of what she says. Happened to me when I brought a tinder thot over and she said “if you think I’m going to sleep with you then I’m leaving”. 30 minutes into kino and escalation, we got down to business. AWALT and women will bend the rules for the alpha. Just keep escalating when permissible.

I did my first cycle at 22yrs old(23 now) for 14 weeks of test-e at 400mg into twice a week (200mg Mondays and Thursdays). Like most people would agree with, the first cycle is the best mental high you can get, then it becomes a slippery slope chasing an impossible physique, because it truly is more than a lifestyle. You can’t half-ass your lifts, meals, blood work, AIs, PCT and cardio. Sooner or later, you’ll probably be planning your second, third, so-on-so-forth cycle with absurd dosages. So …
