there's an audiobook version if that's your thing too. I thought the book was weird the first time I read it but slowly i started to view the world differently afterward. I reread it about 3 months later and it made much more sense. Just mu small warning that it's a great book to read but might seem a little hard to swallow at first.

This seems spot on. If she thinks OP is a good catch, at age 35, she'll do whatever she can to lock him down so she at least has him as an option. She controlled the relationship by making OP wait 10 dates. The second OP walked she lost control and the ability to lock him down. She probably waited 2 days trying to regain control and hope he'd come crawling back. When he didn't, she made a last ditch effort to salvage things, she contacted him, met up with him, and fucked him. That doesn't mean s…

can confirm. My company really wants to hire women software engineers... But they all suck. We have hired one and she's very sweet and has no entitlement issues but she is not very good. At least she realizes it, is great with the clients, and defers to the team for any complex work. But seriously, every tech company really wants to hire women. The industry is bias against men.

read the sidebar. Maybe enjoy bachelorhood for a second. Bang some chicks, yo. Sounds like you're doing fine. If I could offer one piece of advice that helped me it was reading Models by Mark Manson. (There's an audiobook too on iTunes!). Great book on attracting and seducing women. I also got a lot of value out of No More Mr Nice Guy by Robert Glover. But that's meant for people in a specific mindset, which I had, and you may not.

I don't know if I agree with anyone here so far. He's twice her size. If he punched a 120 lb little scrawny dude, or if he punched a 120 lb 14 year old, I'd think that was equally terrible. It's not really men vs. women, it's giant professional athlete vs. much smaller person. You can't just knock out people weaker people because they spit on you or are yelling at you. You need to control yourself better. What makes this national news sadly is it's a guy hitting his wife AND it was caught on tap…

my first thought was he was some cuckold but I think they get off on their wives banging dudes and get all horny and bang their wives too. I'm not sure if cuckolds have sex 4 times in 2 years. It's like the dude doesn't want sex but wants a wife. ?? Beats me.

I see posts like this more in /r/seduction than /r/trp. Both groups advocate this.

I agree, it's a lot of good examples. Where I think it can be a bit harmful in it's complexity. It states early on that it's meant to help men understand shit tests better and overcome trying to memorize things like, if she does X, do Y. But the examples are written like, "category X is a good time to employ response Y". I think it might create some of the confusion it's trying to dispel. I think maybe what's missing is the mindset. So, she does X but you're a confident and attractive guy so you…

This seems way too complicated for me. Frame should be a simple mindset, the mindset of an attractive and confident man. If you knew you were the shit, you were a handsome pro athlete making $20m/yr, you could fuck any girl you wanted with minimal effort as you travelled the world performing for packed stadiums and million of tv viewers and fans. How would you react to a girl you're dating doing X, Y, Z? You'd be honest and direct and not take any of her shit. Why would you, you can dump her and…

I read the story and an alpha never would have gotten into that situation. If I'm on a date with a girl and she's like, "come hang out with these random people", I'd say no right there. If I ended up in that situation I'd just say, "come on, let's go". I have a sort of funny, somewhat relevant story. I was at a huge city wide party with a girl I was dating. Ended up second in line for a bar's bathroom. Dude comes out, dude in front of me goes in, I'm first in line. Then the guy that comes out wa…

I think I fit this pretty well. I'm a pretty alpha guy by this community's definition. I do long term girlfriends though, I'm not really interested in plate spinning. I'm a self-employed software engineer. The software community as a whole is a lot of guys that grew up playing on computers. Take that for what it's worth, it means a lot of them weren't great with women or great at being social. So they wrote code and played computer games. There are definitely some alpha guys but your typical pro…
