Thank you for this post. Even here there is such a big focus on women’s looks. Many users are always mentioning looks and how they or x person looks so good for their age, etc. Even here women are praised for their looks (which is fine to a point). The highest compliment a woman can get is not being called beautiful! It’s very disheartening that even in this sub we can’t escape that.

Finally got around to reading “The Rules” and they advocate for long, straight hair even saying that if the hair is curly then straighten it (because that’s what men like and it’s more feminine). They also recommend dressing for men so wearing tight and short skirts as well as tops that show cleavage. It’s really rubbing me the wrong way.

Yeah there’s a fair amount of women looking for friends on Tinder. I’m just not finding that it really works for me though. Covid has made it really difficult to meet people (classes are online, we’re in another “lockdown”, etc). Maybe after people start getting vaccinated. I’m also planning on moving after a year, so fingers crossed I can meet new people!

Just venting: my roommates don’t want anyone in the house (completely ok!). I’m not being able to see my friends or meet new ones got corona reasons. Now another roommate went out of town and doesn’t want to get tested so my other two roommates are planning on moving out in January (they will still pay for their rooms). I am having a silly problem. I am working on levelling up but I am way too attached to my blonde hair. I have the same problem! Make sure to up your fat intake: avocado, olive oil, hemp seeds, etc. I also recommend lifting weights which is great because you will most likely be hungry after. Good luck and keep us updated :)
