I read about this stuff before. Isaac Newton for example did this in extrem form. He was awake for like 4 hours or so, and then he slept for 2. Well as far as I know she had an intend in the first place. She was even trying to cheat her boyfriend. The boyfriend was the ‘motor’ behind this false rape accusation after he found out. Thank you for sharing this! I have to admit that I did not do 5 of 5 points you stated after being 2-3 years in my last LTR (5 and 1/2 years long) even when I am red pill aware for 6 years now. I went lazy af and was purple pilled again after this long period of having an LTR. I can assure you guys that not doing at least the three first points he stated, it will destroy your LTR at sometime.
