Sadly, many people actually think like that, so it is sometimes hard to tell if people are serious. I agree wholeheartedly. Gender stereotypes are there, and every stereotype has its issues. The procedure should not be to "elevate females in order to level the playing field" (as a feminist who I know told me), but rather try to eliminate prejudice and become decent human beings.
