It really does. It goes from her just being a bitch and clearly having some deep seated internal hatred for women, then she claims she's being sexually harassed by them, then proceeds to be a dick to the employee. It starts with doing a few shitty things, but as the video goes she just keeps checking boxes for shitty things to do.

Yeah, a lot of people don't realize Buzzfeed has a ton of different sections under one name. From what I've seen their news is good and a couple of YouTube channels they have are good( if I recall there's a documentary style one and one for shorts that I enjoy). Buzzfeed is more than just shitty internet click bait "articles".

I agree, different people want different things. I wouldn't say people don't know what they want, as much as not everyone wants the same things. You can't apply what works on one person for an entire gender or group of people.

Honestly, I see so many men say this and it's not quite true. Sure for some women it's true, but not a majority. I don't like power or masculinity in men; I like men who are much more neutral in terms of those things. I know a good portion of women who are the same as well.
