I am trying to: 1. Get another job, 2. Get more muscular, 3. Start a side business. Good. You got your priorities straight. The honest truth is that other people have been working on their SMV way longer than you. You won't catch up on them in a couple of months. There's no "get washboard abs in 2 weeks" bullshit advice here. Now for the good part: These people will screw the fuck up eventually. They aren't robots. Are you being productive 10 hours a day? Are you hitting the gym 5 times a week? …

That's a good point. Don't shit where you eat and don't shit at your neighbors unless you have all the timber you need and don't give a shit about them anymore.

Alright, I get what you're saying there. Still, rationalization is a powerful thing: I can only fuck chubby girls so I find chubby girls attractive.

Who decides which girl is fat and which girl isn't though? I bet some ugly guy who doesn't get laid often will likely just consider the girl chubby. And some slayer will consider girls with even the slightest bit of chub to be fat. See where I'm going?

You could always rationalize those 3s to be actual 8s though. It's a subjective scale...

Well, your n-count is higher if anyone gives a shit about that. Also no need to tell anyone the girls you fucked were fat. I see your point though.

Well for the people who evolved in ice climates that strategy couldn't work because all the children would just die in the winter. So those people have evolved into a strategy of high parental investment instead where you form a family with one woman, have children with her, and then devote all your resources into keeping them alive. The guys who tried the other strategy all had their children die and their genes ended. For sure. But I still don't think the hunter-gatherer male would pass the op…

What do you mean by a 8+ figure?

No need to tell them they were fat. I fucked this HB9 with huge boobs and a gigantic ass yesterday

I suppose that is true. Great example of 80/20 as you say, and it would be interesting to see some studies try and confirm it. The guy who fathered hundreds of children was actually a doctor in charge of a sperm clinic. He cheated the system and replaced other guys' sperm with his own (or otherwise limited the competition). You can do a lot of stuff with power I guess.

The whole n count thing is built upon the ancient idea that spreading your seed as much as possible in order to secure the bloodline is the ultimate goal for men. If that's your goal I don't see why you wouldn't just try and become a really powerful sperm donor (some donors have literally fathered hundreds of children).

PUA blogs Didn't know there were PUA blogs run by women. All the info you need is in the first link I gave you.

The link is to a study done by a woman. I think you should read it. The principle itself is called the pareto principle. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareto_principle

Alright, that makes sense then. I suppose her sexual abilities factor into her SMV?

So fucking an 8 gives you more outward status (yes, this was the reward mentioned in the other thread) than fucking a couple of 3's?

It was my understanding that the bottom 20% of women don't get any attention from the top 20% of men so these would be easy pickings for the average man if only he could get his dick hard to every one of them.

You never find that it hurts you in conversation when you can't talk about those topics?

To what end? Well, they tend to be the topic in a lot of male-to-male conversations.

If you do choose to go on Tinder make sure that: 1) You're 10% bodyfat with fitting, stylish clothes and a good haircut. 2) You have quality pictures. Find a photographer and get a bunch of pictures taken. Pictures you can also use for professional settings. Worth the money. 3) Read the guide on the main sub about Tinder (it's about 2 years old now I think)

The higher your testosterone the more random errections you are going to get. How many are we talking? For the average high testosterone male? 2 per day? 10? 20?

You're probably right. The clubs I go to are dance clubs with really loud music though so can't really talk to people there. I should probably go to quieter venues or just stick to daygame.

How do you find dancing while sober? I find greeting everyone with high fives and smiling easy but whenever I start dancing I'm just so fucking stiff and can't seem to get into the rhythm at all. The kino and body language I do is also too stiff and not very natural. Really need to loosen up somehow.

Vicki Cristina Barcelona is great. Javier Bardem's cold approach in the beginning is one of the best approaches I have seen. Will have to check out the others you listed.

In the Company of Men (an alpha and a beta both try to attract a woman) Your Friends And Neighbours (two beta's who are both in sexless relationships and an alpha who doesn't give a fuck) The Shape of Things (a fat beta doubles his SMV by losing weight, fixing hair, getting new clothes, doing plastic surgery) Some Velvet Morning (a man and a woman alone in a house - no other characters - man is beta at first but becomes alpha) They are all written and directed by a guy called Neil La Bute (very …

Did nofap for 1 year. Felt fucking amazing in the first 3 months but then the effect slowly went away. Back to masturbating with no porn for a while now and I have seen great increases in libido. Point being: Do it, but don't overdo it.

the best compensated The extra money isn't worth the premature aging from working long hours in a stressful environment. In terms of money earned per hour spent working the field doesn't appear that great to me.

Well, you could try r/nootropics. Sounds like you are stressed out and your cortisol levels are high. Ashwaghanda works wonders for reducing stress and cortisol. Meditate more and get your testosterone checked like the other guy said. Other than that you will just have to accept that you get regular anxiety/panic attacks. It's largely genetic and not a bad trait from an evolutionary point of view. I have it too, and I have found that developing courage helps a lot. A "I don't give a fuck if it k…

That looks like very a mild case of flare. Nothing to be worried about. You will still have a decent lower chest line.

Start to accept that it is a NATURAL part of life. Just like happiness, sadness, remorse and regret. Accept it and recognize it for what it is: A way for your mind to come up with challenges at random times. Stop paying attention to your mind when it happens. Focus on the breath instead. That's the way to beat the challenge.

Do you have flared ribs as a side effect of your carinatum? I think that might be the biggest downside aesthetically since you will have a hard time getting a great lower chest line.

Nobody is a robot. Don't try to eliminate procrastination. Instead strive to make it 30 minutes smaller every week. Small continuous change. Next time you find yourself stuck take a 6 hour nap. Up your work capacity slow and steadily.

Think about it. You have 3 years to build your body and improve your looks. By the time you're in college you should be slaying. Not a lot of guys have body and looks figured out by 18.

Pullovers is the number one exercise for pectus. Athlean X has a good video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9yzYzWYtkvI Other than that you could get a brace and wear it every day.

I think carinatum might actually be an advantage because it gives the illusion of a bigger chest. Flared ribs suck major balls but when people look at someone with carinatum who is wearing a shirt they might just think the guy's chest is huge.

How old are you now? You may not realize it but you are gifted as fuck for discovering it at 15. Guys who start lifting that early almost always become slayers.
