1	For all the feminists out there Absolutely. I'm all for equity, treat everyone the way they deserve. The world should be a meritocracy. I guess one way to think of it is, in general, would you rather be a guy or a gal? I'm a guy, and I'm very happy with it. I hear stories of some of the crap that my female friends put up with and it makes me cringe. I don't envy what they have to endure. I'm sure you could make the same point either direction. 0	For all the feminists out there I can speak to biases in the workplace somewhat. I used to work at a large company in Canada in the oil and gas industry. It's a very progressive company that does a lot of good in creating an equal workplace and not being overtly biased. A friend of mine is an SME (subject matter expert) at that company, and she damn well deserves it, she is extremely smart and logical.
