1	Is RSD worth it for someone who does well with women? Definitely man. The main benefit of RSD to me isn't even about getting laid. I can do that in my current form (albeit LOTS of room for improvement) To me, it's getting completely comfortable with yourself and what you want, and about conquering anxiety. AKA - Not giving a fuck. It's really hard for me but I feel myself getting better everyday.
