2	MGTOW Dream Life Since I'm relocating I will start out on my buddies 42 footer. I have found a bunch of project sail boats in the 30-35 foot range (good size for a single hander and lower maintenance costs than anything larger) to buy in the dead of winter for the best deal. I would not recommend this to anyone who is not able to do their own work. I have rebuilt boats and houses my whole life so I can do my own work.
