I was the friend in this scenario. I feel really shitty about the shit I allowed. I had to cut that guy out and FDS was one part of many things that helped me do that. To realize I was in an emotionally abusive relationship with someone I considered my dearest friend was hard.

I agree. The sub is definitely targeted unfairly by the incels and what not wlbut there does seem to be a lack of self awareness to the internal flaws. Again, I like the sub but some things I have to take with a grain of salt. Especially the blue collar shaming

This is how I felt when I was pregnant by my lvm ex. I'd be happy to let you make a decision if you knew what the fuck you were talking about! The entire 9 months I researched and Googled and tried to share info with him, it was our first child I had no plans for kids and I felt woefully underprepared and he grew up with his mom doing daycare so he felt qualified to be a dad. Spoiler: it did not.
