2	I feel like my game is the best its ever been but I'm not really getting results? I feel like my jump shot is the best it has ever been but I can't make a basket No matter how much you practice or how good of a shooter you usually are, there will be times when you find that you are having trouble making your shots. 2	Fluctuation between states? I know exactly what you're talking about. I used to get high before work, and it started out as fun, but the longer I did it the more anxiety I got to the point where I had to just stop. Being sober after that helped, along with taking caffeine. However, I don't fluctuate as much as you say you do. I would consider meditating and experiencing what your thoughts are like when you're sober. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind was great as well, it's a "romantic psychological thriller". Breakfast Club was a good light hearted nostalgia comedy.
