Presumption of innocence would be a major example

So you would say that a group of central powerholders have one of your own to be the single leader who exercises the centralised authority of the regime as he sees fit. That's not true at all. If he exercised centralized authority as he sees it fit, he would rule indefinitely. That's the difference: a single dictator dictatorship has power concentrated on an individual, whereas a general dictatorship has power concentrated in a group of people. The nominal leader in a dictatorship might not have…

What you are saying is completely circular and logically meaningless. They chief executives during the military dictatorship were not called dictators, they were called presidents. They switched every four or eight years and gave way to a new president chosen by the army. So your definition is circular: why were they not presidents, but dictators? You answer: “because it was a dictatorship”. And why was it a dictatorship? “Because they were dictators”. Circular. In reality, it was a dictatorship…

I think your definition is wrong. To name one example, Brazil, according to historian consensus, had a military dictatorship between 1964 and the 80s. But there was no dictator. I think it doesn’t matter whether the power is held by one person, two or 100. What defines whether it is a dictatorship or not is how the people in power exert that power over the population. Being that said, of course my definition is debatable. In the current context, I think it is valid. The reason for that is that m…

To advocate for the overthrowing of the US government is very different to say that removing human rights from people who tried to overthrow the US government is bad news for human rights movements. Not to mention that not everyone that participated had that intention. Most people have been accused solely of stepping into the building unattended. As in the example of the Sunflower Movement, blocking the congress does not necessarily mean overthrowing the congress. But even if it did, the above d…

Yes, Brazil is pretty bad in this respect. Lots of people being arrested without a trial, being raped, getting aids, all in the space of one week or so. Many stay there years without a trial. Special “women precincts” are the main responsible for that.

I wasn’t that surprised about people responding to it, but rather to the post deletion. How can we defend human or men’s rights if they are only debatable when they have not been made controversial by the press? This is almost a death sentence for men’s rights movements, since the press HAS made any defense of them to be controversial. So this is almost ironic. Also, the post had a majority of upvotes, so the issue is top down.

Notice that the post was also removed. The admins are too afraid of the truth. If you ask for man's rights, you gotta do that with your heads down. The feminists are looking. You don't want to make the feminists mad, do you?

There is something called mathematical logic. The name would of course be redundant if logics was a part of mathematics.

What? In that paragraph I am talking about documented events in Brazil. They are official legal suits, if you know how to read portuguese. You created a whole schizophrenic phantasy around what I wrote, that has nothing to do with my own words.
/r/MensRights11/06/21 09:04 PM

lol You don’t even know that logic is it’s own subject. It is definitely not part of mathematics. I should know, since I’m a mathematician. Since you don’t even know what logic actually is, it is not a surprise that you are not able to read what is written and can only accuse me of claims completely fabricated by you. Nothing I said comes even remotely close to your fabricated quotes. So nothing else to see here.

This pressuposes coordination though. Which might be the case for four people, but cannot be for one thousand. Most people in the capitol were simply following the herd, many times out of sheer curiosity. They were in the protest outside, everyone got in, and then people simply followed out of fomo. Any accusation of intent is fabricated bullshit.
/r/MensRights11/06/21 08:11 PM

That’s amazing. I didn’t talk about communism or fascism even once. You are literally accusing me of saying something that is completely fabricated. Precisely no single part of what you said is present in my text. All completely fabricated by yourself. This right after a discourse about literature. Amazing!

I have never heard of any school where children read a logics book. Logics is an actual subject, like mathematics. I think that saying that logic “isn’t a focus” at schools is a huge understatement. It is simply not taught.

You didn’t answer any of my questions. What is the theory? Who is conspiring with whom? Also, I have never heard of any educational system in any place in the world that teaches logic as a subject. Do you even know what logic is? It is an actual subject. Have you read a book about logic at school? Or ever?

As I explained in another answer, the US reaction to the storming of the capitol has produced a wave of dictatorships around the world. It is an event with central importance in the history of western civilization, because, when the US government gets away with doing something, every government does the same. The US was the most powerful country in the defense of republican values, so, when it became a dictatorship, that has a huge relevance for other countries, especially because it established…

Again, you are talking about “group crime”. If someone hurt someone at the Capitol, that person is responsible for that. But you are accusing people that didn’t do anything except step into the building of a crime that was committed by someone else. If you go back to my first answer in this thread you have everything you need. Also, I repeat the same thing and you guys seem unable to understand: I didn’t say the US is currently a dictatorship because they arrested these people, I said the US is …

Agreeing? These are real human beings. Real people. With real feelings. With families, with a whole life ahead of them. People that were forced to commit suicide, arrested, perhaps tortured, that never got the right to be heard and tell their side of the story, instead of being unilaterally and cowardly obliterated by the whole force of the state and press. These are people that are dead or submitted to unbearable pain for the rest of their lives, for the simple fact that they had a good heart a…

Yes, they protested inside a government building and were accused of terrorism and denied their most basic human rights because of that, something that has never happened to any US citizen in the history of the United States, no matter how serious the crime. You are a dangerous person and a psychopath. Just please stop commenting on my posts.

Of course they plead guilty, they were under the Patriot Act. They had no choice and no right to defend themselves, and they could be forced through torture to say whatever the captors wanted. Are you hearing yourself? You are saying that people were forced to commit suicide because they were accused of being terrorists simply because they stepped into a damn government building without "a guide or staff", and you say that as if that was correct or acceptable. Honestly, you are simply a horrible…

The secret intentions of people were in live TV? It is impressive that the level of acceptance of propaganda seems to be so high in cases like yours that they come to synesthesia. Your hear the spoken propaganda superposed with the images and you are not able to discern what you see and what you hear. First of all, each person that was there had a different reason to be there. It was not an organized movement. It was a protest. There were grannies there, there were people taking pictures with th…

Look, I don't want the discussion to be about the Capitol. But please notice the technical, legal and humanitarian absurdity of what you are saying. Under the western law, you don't sue or prosecute "people". You sue or prosecute individuals. You cannot ever, under any circumstance, pick a group of protesters, and accuse them as a group of a "collective crime". Much less based on a theory or hypothesis. Even if you had any remote basis to ascertain that any and every civilian that was present in…

Well, feminism is just like medieval nobility fighting to maintain or get more power, while men's rights is fight for basic human rights which we do not possess and the fight against feminist dictatorships all around the world.

Yes, these laws exist because men are feminist and they will give up everything and destroy anyone’s life if a woman asks him to. The same people who pay ifood for random girls on facebook are the one’s responsible for these laws. These people are dangerous.

How could it be? Every person who has studied logic knows that there is no such thing as a “logical fallacy”. I spent 15 years studying logics and mathematics. People can keep downvoting me, it doesn’t remove my degrees and professional experience lol Edit: noticed you were the one who talked about logical fallacy in the first place. With your comment, you are rejecting the idea of science, empirical knowledge, and of an external reality altogether. When you say that talking about someone’s char…

Actually, I think you are thinking wrong about it in many different ways. You talk like women PHDs and so on were the best people on earth. Actually, people who have PHDs in general are not only the most stupid, but also the most mentally ill and the worst people across the board. Thinking about it, it is very clear why you have such bad experiences with women. You are looking for female friends or whatever in the worst possible place, which is the university. Women who are intelligent and good …

Honestly, what is wrong with society is that, in order to allow women to reach certain levels of education, the whole education had to be jeopardized. Nowadays, you need absolutely no remote trace of intelligence to be a PHD. Anyone who judges people’s intelligence for their level of education is stupid. Actually, the most intelligent people I have known all across the board are people with no education. I do have high level education, but I’m an exception at almost everything. Anyway, letting w…

Of course being wrong, and thereby committing a crime (like false accusation or perjury) is a crime. You have the responsibility to be right when you make claims, especially if those claims have legal validity, like in a testimony. If you go drive you are taking the responsibility for driving safely, so if you don't have enough mental faculty to drive responsibly, you are making a choice that makes you subject to criminal charges. The same goes for testifying in court. The things you are saying …

Yeah. Like, if you shoot some random people saying: "there exists a chance that that person did something bad enough to deserve this" and you are wrong, you made a mistake. It is funny how you say "making a mistake" as if that meant not having guilt. These things are completely different. Pedophiles might say: "I have made a mistake" and mean it. This is completely different from not being guilty. "A traumatized person's memory is even worse." Again, you are mistaking being traumatized with bein…

What the fuck? So, if right now I state that YOU are a murderer, I'm not doing anything wrong, because I don't know whether you have ever killed someone or not? If you say someone DID something without knowing whether that person did what you say she did, then you ARE lying, independently of whether the person did that or not. Stating something that you don't know as if it was a fact is lying. She lied to a court, under oath, about someone having done something that that person did not do. If yo…

These "infiltrated editors" wouldn't be there if the wikipedia company itself was not among them. Wikipedia is actively attacking, targeting, persecuting, defaming, lying about, accusing and harassing real, live people. They need to be held responsible.

Judges are bandits. Every country where judges are allowed is a joke country and every person who is complicit is responsible. The law exists as to not be necessary for judges to exist in the first place. Also, judges are not compatible with law. The concept of law is something that any person can follow to reach the same conclusion and solve disputes. Judges are just bandits who impose decisions by mean of force with no justification or respect for any kind of law. They have dogs that obey them…

It is good to be rebellious. Not being rebellious is exactly what I described as caring about social conformity. I don´t think those taboos were broken by them. They were broken by rich political agents, advertisement and entertainment corporations. The women were only paid to foster those new standards until they were fashion. And if there is one thing that is important to most young women, it is fashion (another word for social conformity).

These traits are definitely present in feminism. Now to which extent they are present in women, it depends a lot on culture. In my experience it is way harder to see women who think critically and who accept breakings of social norms, but not impossible. As to the scorning of weaker people, I'm sure that if you make some tests of putting yourself in a fragile position (try some fake facebooks for exemple) you will see it happening in any western country.
/r/MensRights07/08/20 01:51 AM

You are completely missing the point. Feminists are not irrational, they are desperate for power and they know what they are doing. There are millions of experimental observations (which I'm sure you can replicate methodically) that prove beyond any doubt that feminists (and women generaly) know perfectly about their superior position in society, and not only that, but they explicitly scorn people (mainly man) who are weaker. They deeply despise beggars, incels, weekchair users, or any person wi…

What's the problem about feeling entitled to women? Women feel entitled to men and there is no problem with that. Every person has the right of being happy with the opposite sex, and every person can feel "entitled" to happiness. You are playing their game when you deny such a natural thing.
