Ask yourself if women are really the problem that they only feel aroused by 5% of the men, or if it is men’s fault. Because I can go to any of the dating app related subs like r/Bumble or r/Hingeapp and filter by profile review threads and the guys who post there are a tragedy. And not only that, but they never take any feedback.

Survivorship bias. They draw conclusions from a very narrow set of data because they have zero visibility in the rest of the data (how people meet in real life).

This whole idea that you need to have common interests in order to feel attracted to each other or to feel a connection is the biggest Nice Guy myth I’ve ever heard. Can’t get stupider than this.

You guys keep parroting this line, and in the same breath complain about unrealistic standards and stuck up women, lol. Make up your minds.

I’ve been with women that I’ve lost attraction to over time, but stayed around out of duty and fear (that I won’t be able to get another one). Fear is the real mind killer. I’m attracted to my wife, but new ass is the best ass.

I’ve said this many times. We create our interpersonal reality with the way we think and behave with other people. If you consider the other sex the enemy and someone who is out to get you or someone who is unreasonable or someone who has something you feel entitled to, but they are also stubbornly withholding it from you, AND simultaneously see yourself as the righteous one, the nice one, the one entitled to love/sex, then it is only logical that you will behave in ways which will make the abov…

Of course. Women make up only 50% of the population. But somehow pussy is scarce?

That’s not true. You are making yourself miserable and not allowing yourself to feel good and feel confident. Being so needy for sex and women hasn’t really gotten you any (I assume), so not sure why you are clinging on to this idea so hard.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/24 02:33 PM
5

That’s not how it works at all. If you’ve never been a non-needy guy, you can’t really speak to the power of non-neediness. But again, you equate sex to happiness. And conversely, lack of sex = misery, loneliness and loserhood. This belief is what creates neediness and desperation.

First think what NOT having standards and criteria for women says about you as a man. That you would take anything just because you are desperate for pussy. Think about how it reflects on your quality in the market.

Here is what guys always miss. There is a law of the universe which states: People NEVER want what they CAN get and ONLY want what they CAN’T get. This law is as true in hook ups, as it is in marriage, as it is in the workplace or job hunting, business, socially, etc. Here is the problem with the HUSBAND material guy. He is always described as this goody two shoes, has his life together, has a strong 401K, drinks warm milk before bed guy. Yes, sounds “perfect” but in reality he is boring and ava…

Exactly! It’s all about your relationship with yourself actually, and not so much your relationship with the other sex. Fix the former and the latter takes care of itself. I literally turned myself from a needy, clingy guy who couldn’t get a second date to save his life, to a total sex magnet, by deciding that I could skip the middle man (woman) and approve of myself and find myself attractive instead of waiting around for women to approve of me or confirm my attractiveness before I could believ…

What the vast majority of men can’t seem to grasp, is that if they adopted that same mentality or “I don’t need a woman to be happy, but I do value a connection with someone who is a net positive on my life”, they would increase their dating success exponentially. Neediness is the biggest behavioral turn off a man can display, yet none of them want to let go of this idea they cling on to that they absolutely need women or else they would be miserable and lonely.

There is some truth in the observation that women tend to go for men who are “above” them so to speak. But what red pill calls hypergamy is an over exaggerated hypothesis that comes from a legitimate phenomenon, but it is completely misinterpreted. In reality, women cannot be attracted to a man who behaves like he is below them in any way. While RedPill believes that it comes down to tangible criteria, like height, exact amount of income, body fat and muscle mass, celebrity etc, in reality it is…

I can write a whole post on this. It’s a concept called “survivorship bias”. It originated from WWII when the Allies were sending bomber planes over Germany. Some were shot down, but many returned alive but with a lot of damage. So engineers plotted the patterns and figured out the damage spread was in this part and that part of the plane and predictably, they decided to reinforce the armor on those sections that got the most damage. But another, smart engineer, looked at the damage patterns and…

I think a surface level glance over the comments here will show you one thing. Men act already defeated before they have even stepped out of the house. I would never go to war with guys like these. They are waving a white flag before they have even been issued a rifle. Here is another observation. Even if they go to these events or any other social event where they can mingle, they go out for the wrong reasons. They go out to get. They want to get approval, they want to be liked, they want women…

Yes, there are some prerequisites to be the in the selector position. You have to know what you want and be confident you can get it. No, it’s not going to work for a meek, shy guy who is afraid of his own shadow. Part of the positioning exercise is to change your beliefs and frame of reference. When you have adopt a more useful frame, women will adapt by responding to you with the opposite frame. If you show up as provider candidate, they adapt by adopting the screener/selector frame. Married women go out for the exact same reasons. They want the attention of attractive men, but won’t do anything about it. Or they live vicariously through their single friends. Are you just finding out that inexperienced, virgin men are the top experts on how women’s sexuality works?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/24 03:57 PM
13

Women absolutely want sex as much as men. The problem is not that they don’t want sex. The problem is that what sexually arouses men is very different than what sexually arouses women. It is evident in how the two sexes talk about this and how they project their arousal mechanism on the other person. Men always talk about having to have muscles and being super tall, because looks is the only thing that arouses them but how women are rarely interested in a guy who is hyper focused on his gym work…

/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/24 03:47 PM

Not having standards and not screening women is the biggest problem men have. They are satisfied with a pretty face only and then they spend all their time trying to prove what a great guy they are to the woman. Which actually forces women to take on the screening role. and women will always find something to screen men by (the infamous unrealistic standards that all men complain about).

There is not a single ounce of truth in what you wrote. Actually, not only is what you have observed completely wrong, but that philosophy is what forces women to reject you. Men absolutely do NOT have to chase women. As a matter of fact; the more they chase, the more they tend to get rejected. Now, you and most other guys equate chasing with approaching/initiating. But that’s wrong. Approaching or initiating with a woman is not chasing her. It is simply the very first step in evaluating her and…

This is more blue pill retardation. Believing that sex with young beautiful women is wrong and undesirable and something that we should save for old age. It’s because society has installed a very insidious program in your mind since you were a little baby. This program is so ubiquitous that everyone believes it is just a biological reality, a fact written in stone. The program can be summed up as work = sex. I don’t even know what these words mean. Can you just speak plain English? But my view on this is the following. You are barking up the wrong tree by blaming women and their “unrealistic” expectations/standards. I bet I’ve been on this earth much longer than you have and know a thing or two about women. Well, men tend to perform the dangerous household tasks. But you never hear us complain about them. What’s the last time you climbed on a roof to inspect a leak? What’s the last time you moved around a washer and dryer? What’s the last time you fixed an electrical outage.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:51 PM

Well, the problem is right now they either feel deeply ashamed and inadequate because they feel attacked or they try very hard to refute the accusations. Either way, being ashamed makes them unattractive. Instead, they should take pride in being the “baddie” and embrace the role that society has forced them into. Only when they finally take pride in the vilification and not let it lower their self esteem will they actually become desirable.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:37 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:12 PM

Oh; now you are going to start arguing that not all men are like that?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:11 PM

You don’t need to change anything other than vehemently agree with being labeled as the bane of society merely for being born male. Embrace it!
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:11 PM

As I said, the bad thing about men is that they were born men. I mean, women attribute all these horrible traits to us regardless of the individual, so I say just learn to embrace them. When you push back that just gives people more ammo to attack you. When you embrace their negative labels and take pride in them, all of a sudden they become enamored with your confidence.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:10 PM

You don’t need to be a serial killer or a Trump supporter. All you need to be is a man. Thats enough.

/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:06 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:06 PM

Ok. I think you missed the point of my point, but I agree with your views. A lot of truth.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:04 PM

Well if you are a white male you are already presumed to be privileged and have unlimited power, so all you have to do is agree with the perception and embrace it, as opposed to denying it and painting yourself as insignificant.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 02:21 PM

Yes! That’s what wearing it as a badge of honor means. Leaning into the perception as opposed to trying to refute it.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 02:20 PM

You are spitting hairs. In my original post I was referring to men whose only crime is being born male (and white).
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 02:18 PM

No! Actually women, especially ethnic women love me, because I represent the terrible white oppressor they hear about in the news. And for some reason that makes them even more drawn to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 02:18 PM

It is what it isn’t not. Up is down; left is right.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 02:16 PM

See? You used the word privileged as a slur, thus proving my point!
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 02:15 PM

Well, but they are already assumed guilty of crimes, man vs bear debate for example. So it is implied they have already backed it up just by being born male.

/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 02:10 PM

I don’t need to. I’m a white older male. I’m already vilified by social media and the liberals. I don’t actually have to do anything other than wear it as a badge of honor instead of being ashamed of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 02:10 PM

Well, but society has labeled them as evil white male oppressors anyway, so they may as well embrace the stigma and wear it with pride. As I said, instead of fighting against being labeled as bad people, they should actually accept it and embrace it.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 02:09 PM

Jesus Christ. Is this the first time you are hearing women creaming themselves over death row inmates and the like. Be real.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 02:08 PM

That’s why I proposed that they should embrace the negative labels and wear them as a badge of honor with pride. Kind of like bikers. Back in the day some guy from the American motorcycle association referred to bikers as the 1% of motorcycle riders who are actually causing all the trouble and are the bad apples. So bikers adopted the moniker “1%er” as a badge of honor.

That’s the answer for both men and women, but people get too needy and desperate to just let things play out as they may. Being single is too scary for them, which also eliminates your power in a relationship (no choice, no power; not being able to tolerate being alone virtually removes your choice).

There are a few hard set requirements. Don’t smell bad! As a matter of fact try to smell your best. Not only “I took a shower today” but make sure you eliminate all odors and just smell good. Dress like you meant to dress like that. If you meant to dress like your mother bought your clothes, then you have real problems to deal with. The rest of it, you should have a “take it or leave it” type of attitude. The more you try to impress and play by a woman’s rules, the more you will lose. Focus on w…

I will list some irrefutable facts. You make your own conclusions: There are more women alive in the US than men. Women historically outpace men in voter registration and actually voting In the last election, the majority of white women (the racial majority) voted for Trump. Most women chose to sit this one out. Again, make your own conclusions from the above facts. Happy to provide sources, but these are pretty common knowledge by now.

I know a few, not GenZ, millennial. But I’ve heard comments like “he’s just a basic white guy”, referring to a guy she is dating who she got mad at because he wasn’t spending a ton of money on her. I’ve heard comments like “ugh, men are so stupid”, “all men lie”, etc. And these are just the Freudian slips. Who knows what goes on underneath the surface. As I said, I struggle with what to begin with because so much of your world view is completely wrong. For one, your idea that the women are choosers of attraction and setters of standards is completely 100% wrong. The two sexes have evolved to have different mate choosing criteria, because men and women are very different. You make the assumption that men are intrinsically attracted to women but women are not intrinsically attracted to men, which cannot be true since our species have not only su…

I said this in another sub. A friend of mine put it very succinctly. For most of recorded history women were either treated as property or pets. Now for the last 30-40 years that have enjoyed relative freedom and power. But with power comes responsibility and this is something women haven’t emotionally matured enough for. They are at a teenager level of emotional development, where everything is met with “don’t tell me what to do old man”, except that for them is “don’t mansplain to me, you dirt…

This is what people don’t get. Both sexes are driven by one single goal in their attraction: is this person the best for making babies. Yes, even if we consciously don’t want babies. That’s why men want young, fertile women, with a nice ass and boobs. In a way, there is a lot of truth in what you say about women being the selector. And in 99/100 cases they are the selector indeed. But…this is not something that is an intrinsic truth. The reason they are the selector is because men have bought into this belief system that they have to prove themselves to women. Actually it’s not only about chatting for a few minutes and building rapport. The most important thing is to actually qualify the woman and find out if she has the qualities/values you are looking for. But for that, the man has to know what he wants and he has to be a bit more selective and discerning. If he is looking for anyone with a pulse and a wet hole to climb on his dick, it says more about him as a person than anything else. And it’s not good things that it says.

If you approach a woman as a candidate provider auditioning for the job, she will assume the role of the selector. So you are actually causing the behavior in women that you don’t like. If you approach a woman to qualify her for whatever qualities you are looking for, she will assume the role of the girlfriend candidate who is auditioning for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 09:14 PM
1

Again, you are right in 99/100 of cases. Thats exactly how men approach women for the most part. They go to audition for them, try to prove themselves and impress and hope to get picked. That’s why most men are also extremely unsuccessful with women. Because they do the pursuing instead of letting the woman pursue them.

You are defining pursuing as taking any steps to engage with another person. Do you really think women just sit there and men do all the work? I’m sure that’s how you imagine it in your bitter little worldview. Pursuing/chasing is when one person is more emotionally invested in gaining the approval of the other person. You can approach and ask a woman out on a date and it’s still her chasing, because she has to prove to you that she’s worthy of your interest. But I see why you believe men are th…

But is a person who doesn’t have the approval of society less worthwhile? If a man decides that he wants to do something for his own reasons and it gives him joy and he is confident in his goal, despite it going against the grain of what society values, is he someone that should not be respected? Didn’t Tesla, Einstein, Edison and many others go against the grain and against social expectations? Were they not worthy of respect?

/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:04 PM

I don’t think that’s pursuing. That’s initiating or moving things forward. Let’s say you are an employer and are hiring job candidates. Is the job candidate the pursued because you called them up for an interview and then invited them for another interview and eventually made them an offer?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/24 08:02 PM

The problem with the RedPill and most other BluePill advice is that it makes the confidence a man is allowed to have conditional. In popular culture, a man has only one way to get sex with the type of women he finds attractive. That way is to achieve something great or have something that society desires from him, stuff like athleticism, very good looks, being born to rich parents or earning his way by making a lot of money, becoming a famous musician, etc. This is by design! By conditioning you…

Perhaps. But only if you buy into society’s value/belief system that says you are only worthwhile and deserving of respect if you are a good contributing member to society that helps push society forward.

The absolute worst and most dangerous generalization I have ever heard around these parts is “women are born with value and men must EARN their value.”

You are not quite getting it because you have a one track mind focused on obtaining women and extracting sex from them. That’s actually kind of creepy if you think about it. Serial killers and weirdos think about obtaining women and extracting things from them. Don’t be that. It’s the same energy. Instead, change your perspective. What qualities and values are you looking for in a woman? What are you doing to screen her and understand if she is good enough for you? Being the owner of a vagina sh…

You are misunderstanding. There is nothing wrong with wanting to sleep with a woman. The problem with you and an untold number of other men is that you make sex the prize. The be all, end all. When approaching a woman you don’t see her as an individual who may have interesting things to say, who is charming, warm, funny and sensual. You see her as a collection of moist holes that you want to stick your peepee in. You have to look at it from the perspective of women. They want to feel special. Th…

Well, if it happened, I wouldn’t agree on it right away. Why? I don’t know anything about her and she doesn’t know anything about me. It’s clear she just wants to scratch a physical need and doesn’t quite care who she does it with. It wouldn’t make me feel very good about myself. Also, who knows if she’s a bitch, diseased, a thief and so on. The equivalent you should be looking for is if a woman messages you on an app with “Hey, wanna take me out to dinner (and the part she omits saying “which I…

You are not getting it. You are trying to extract sex from women without giving them anything in return that they want. Getting sex for a woman is relatively easy. Getting good sex is harder. And finding a man who actually takes interest in her as a human being (and not just a collection of moist holes) is even harder. So your offer of sticking your peepee in her especially if she’s not particularly aroused by you, because you’ve demonstrated to only care about sex, is not really appealing. The …

Well, he wants something of value without providing something of value back to the woman. Yes, he wants sex AND for her to be super interested and enthused about having sex with him, at the same time he couldn’t be bothered to offer anything back. I think there is a term for that? Entitlement? Acting like a spoilt child? Or something like that.

Well, I think he also has the wrong understanding of women, but he is so set in his beliefs (that are completely wrong), that there is no helping him without him displaying extreme resistance as can be evidenced by all of his responses which are usually: “yes, but…”.

No, but you don’t understand. When a man only wants sex, you are also getting sex from the interaction, so it’s a two way street. Don’t you get it? It’s like you saying: when a man pays for my meal although I won’t sleep with him in a million years, he also is getting to enjoy a meal and my company…See! It’s not the same at all….oh wait?

I was having a coffee the other day and eavesdropped on a conversation two young women were having about dating. One was literally complaining about men who showed up on a date only wanting sex and said something to the effect of: “When I know that all he wants from me is sex, I feel like thats the last thing I want to give him.”

Well women don’t have the same pressure to be successful but they have more pressure to find someone who can guarantee their security, hence why so many women speak of commitment and exclusivity before sex, providers, no prenups, etc. A boyfriend/husband is a provider of security for them. Except, that nobody can provide security for you but you. Even then, security is just an illusion. Steve Jobs died of a horrible cancer with billions in the bank. Men have a similar need but with approval. The…

You are wrong. Society pushes men to achieve and produce and consume. You’ve been raised since you were a baby to believe beyond any doubt that the ONLY way to get sex with an attractive woman is if you contribute to the society you live in and contribute in a particular ways. Basically work = sex. And if you are not a man who contributes greatly to society, then you are conditioned to feel worthless and have low self esteem and settle for an average dull woman. That’s why men feel bad then they…

On average women want to have way more sex than they are currently having. But just like men, there are certain conditions that have to be met for them to become e sufficiently aroused to want to have sex. On average, a man needs two conditions to become aroused: A woman who is attractive “enough”, which is highly dependent on how horny he is, the last time he had sex or how many beers he’s had that night. The woman must appear willing When those two conditions are met, men are able to become ar…

There is a lot of truth in what you are saying. I sincerely believe that women are not able to feel sexual attraction to someone they do not respect and/or perceive as being below them. However, the mistake you and most other men make is that you judge a man’s “status” on external conditions, such as his ability to display status symbols, where he stands in the social hierarchy, his social proof, etc. And yes, those factors absolutely can influence how attractive a man is perceived to be. But th…

You seem to be Christian. I’m the Bible it says man basically owns woman. You are considered property. So man inherently deserves being in charge. He was out in charge by God. Don’t take my word for it.

No. Being the provider/sponsor is the least sexy role you can play in a relationship. It’s basically substitution Daddy, the social and economic sponsor of a young girl with Hubby, the social and economic sponsor of a grown ass woman. Women are perfectly capable of providing for themselves. I’m more than happy to provide for her emotional needs such as being in the presence of a man who can make decisions and confidently lead without having to ask her for permission.

You have this idea of dating and attraction that is completely wrong. The minute you do ANYTHING to try and impress a woman and I do mean ANYTHING, she realizes that “oh? This guy is trying to sell himself to me!” And as any good buyer, she will start acting disinterested, skeptical, will kick the tires and although she could make a decision right now, she would actually delay that decision until she has made sure that you are the best the market has to offer. And perhaps after a date or two, wh…

As usual men are focused on the least important thing, thinking it will make the difference. That thing is the METHOD of meeting women, which can of course have some effect on your success rate. But by and large the most important think to focus on is not on the method but on being an ATTRACTIVE and INTERESTING person. And by ATTRACTIVE I don’t necessarily (only) mean looks, but your attitude towards life, women, your relationship with yourself. If you approach women wanting something from them …
