Horny? How to better control your desires.2 is terrible advice. Masturbating to porn as quickly as possible can train your body to ejaculate quickly. So if you care about lasting long in bed don't do this, you will regret it. | /r/TheRedPill | 07/08/16 10:04 PM
Entire Blog Laughs at Supplicating Men Throughout HistoryIt says "This post is brought to you by Seth D. Michaels" at the top of the post, who is a guy actually. It does say "By Mallory Ortberg on November 6, 2014 in WESTERN ART HISTORY" above that, but I suspect this just means Mallory submitted the article on behalf of Seth (and if you click on her name it shows she is an editor, further implying that it was Seth who added the captions). I actually thought it was pretty funny. Don't be a beta. | /r/TheRedPill | 08/04/16 05:18 PM
The entire system sickens me, I'm ready to opt out.You make a lot of good points. There isn't room at the top for everyone, by nature. True happiness should be cultivated from inside. I'm not a huge fan of the whole mating dance thing either. That said, I disagree that it isn't worth improving. I love going to the gym. I love having to work out in grams how much whole-wheat pasta to put in my meal using my calorie plan and myfitnesspal. I love sparring in Muay Thai. I love reading robert greene. I love learning, always have. It was sometime ago … | /r/TheRedPill | 13/03/16 10:53 AM

5 things you can do to improve immediately part 2 - setting frame.Good post. Will look into New Earth. On the verge of giving up drinking (I have been sober so far this year already except for one beer last saturday). What do you do if you go out on weekends to stay energised? I think I may know the answer to that but curious to hear you speak anyway. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/02/16 09:36 PM

The_Titleists’ Get Big GuideYou should make a post on how to improve the suggestions with good cooking (I eat a lot like OP's post but I'm a terrible cook). | /r/TheRedPill | 30/12/15 02:21 AM

30 Day Challenge - Small TalkChallenge accepted. I'm already a social guy and will be doing this 30 day challenge unconsciously as I talk to everyone already. So instead I will do this, The CraigsList Black Knight. Fun. Thanks GLO. | /r/TheRedPill | 01/12/15 09:01 AM
30 Day Challenge - Physical SMV CapstoneSure thing. Gone back to 5x5 Stronglifts so I did 5x5 for each of the above exercises. I then usually finish off with supersets of the following: Hanging Leg Raises, Dips, Chin-ups and then hyper-extensions if I don't do deadlifts that day. Time spent walking varies with my schedule. At it's lowest probably 1-1.5 hours. At it's highest I would say 3 hours spread across the day, or a bit more. I don't measure it any more though so that is an estimate. I went through a period of 2 months using a f… | /r/TheRedPill | 04/11/15 02:23 PM
30 Day Challenge - Physical SMV CapstoneCool. Already decided to ++ on sleep. 3rd Nov - Cals: 4245, Squats, Bench and Rows in the morning, then walked everywhere. Sleep was 9 hours (most in a long time) 4th Nov - Cals: 4666. Walking + 2 hours of snatch and clean work then 5x5 back squats and 2x5 front squats. Only 5 hours of sleep though. 5th Nov - Cals: 5k (oops, had a cheat meal). the cortisol was high today though, something about eating 2000 calories worth of wholemeal pasta, egg, and vegetables didn't sit right without adequate r… | /r/TheRedPill | 03/11/15 06:15 PM
Half way through 2015, how's your progress?positives: no longer an orbiter ran my first marathon made progress in the first year of my PhD made a lot of progress with women in general, a lot of girls are attracted to me, i've been on a lot of dates and i've started to adopt an abundance mentality without actually having abundance working towards beating approach anxiety. each day that goes I approach more and more and slowly bit by bit the anxiety crumbles, though it still persists for now.. negatives no lays in 2015 so far, and 0 plates… | /r/TheRedPill | 08/06/15 05:29 PM
Why TRP Tells You To Meditate - Memes, explanations and instructions on how to find your inner stoicAlso it turns out there are a few different methods of Vipassana (e.g. the mahasi method http://www.buddhanet.net/m_part1.htm)... so your method is probably just a little different, not wrong. | /r/TheRedPill | 29/05/15 09:11 AM
Why TRP Tells You To Meditate - Memes, explanations and instructions on how to find your inner stoicIf you can be arsed to sit through all of the videos, check the 10-day series out on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cz7QHNvNFfA It's not the same as the course without the all day meditation of course but Goenka is a great teacher :) | /r/TheRedPill | 29/05/15 09:03 AM
Why TRP Tells You To Meditate - Memes, explanations and instructions on how to find your inner stoicVipassana meditation is difficult. It is tricky to comprehend and even harder to practice. It is basically training your mind to forget about "thoughts" and "self" and focus on totally different aspects of your consciousness. Not exactly. You shouldn't be training your mind to forget about thoughts. Just observe the thoughts and let them pass. You are simply in a state of observation: first of the breath (anapana meditation) and then when your concentration is the right level, the bodily sensati… | /r/TheRedPill | 28/05/15 03:41 PM
Learn how to shut up.Anyone got anything further to say on 3)? I believe this is happening to me now (cut off a girl I used to orbit, she actually tried to branch swing to me and failed, drama ensued). Not sure exactly what has been spread around but I've noticed a few people treating me differently. Would love to be able to bring them around a bit but I'm not sure how well that's going to work. | /r/TheRedPill | 13/05/15 01:47 PM
The Best Hypertrophy ProgramInteresting. Do you think this could be modified well for a 5-day a week Push/Pull/Legs split routine instead? Or is it essential to do 10 weeks full body and then 10 weeks full-split? Also I'd be interested to hear the 'proper way to cycle creatine' - I've just been taking 5g a day, every day. | /r/TheRedPill | 07/05/15 06:23 PM
