I’m early 30s and generally only date women 18-23. Age doesn’t really come up, but I’m not in the anglosphere. Where I live it’s very normal for women to date guys far older than them.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 06:55 PM

Thats just a cope. You can be tall, awkward, skinny, and have absolutely zero chance.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 02:38 PM

Tall does not equal high quality genetics.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 01:47 PM

I think the reality of natural selection is too harsh and unpalatable, which is why it's lied about in that case. I agree with you, it's lied about for both sexes.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 12:59 PM

This is exactly how nature designed it, I don't really see the problem. 18-25 women seek high quality genetic material, as they should, they should aim high. If that doesn't work out, they settle for something more stable and realistic. If you're a really low quality man, nature doesn't really want you banging hot women, it's called natural selection.

But by then they have been together 20 years, and probably have kids. And 60 isn’t even old now, most people are still working at 60.

I live in a country where it’s the norm. If you have some sort of influence or power, even at a low level (like you run the local train station), you will have a hot girlfriend in their early 20s. I think it’s only not the norm in anglosphere societies.

The game has nothing to do with what you're doing now. It's about early 2000s nightclub game in LA, you are guy trying to manage a relationship in 2026 Europe. Read the Rational Male, read NMMNG again, and go from there. If you say you 'cannot break up', you're in a terrible position. I bet if you completely fell off in life, she would ditch you and find a better prospect. You always have to be willing to walk away. Even so, if you were any good at daygame, you would know finding a nice girl isn…

Have you read NNMG, TRM, WISNIFG, or any of the main books on the primer reading list? It seems pretty clear you haven't because it would answer many of your questions. The gym blowjob deal is the most cucked, simp shit I've ever seen. She should be earning your attention and rewards, not the other way around. No wonder she doesn't feel enthusiastic. You need to STFU and get reading like... today. She has lost respect/attraction for you. It seems you know why. I'm not even sure what you're askin…
/r/askMRP11/02/26 10:42 AM

Just move then… or get on a plane? If you’re not attractive you need to take more shots but at least do it in a winnable environment (not the US)

I get what you’re saying. It could be true. But certainly seems to be the countries where women have done this are mostly all in trouble in terms of birth rates and male/female relations. Turns out, when women make their own choices, they don’t want kids. I don’t even know what that leaves society in future. Can’t force people to have kids.

Gentleness, elegance, emotional intelligence. Utilisation of soft power to achieve objectives.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 07:30 PM

I think you are probably correct OP. But it’s definitely a global west issue, there are many places where women are still extremely feminine. But they do not pay bills and get bought flowers on dates. It’s a whole different ecosystem.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 07:24 PM
3

Overbearing, loud, ungraceful. Abandoning feminine traits in favour of a more ‘forceful’ personalty.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 07:16 PM

They talk about any woman under 25 like she’s a child, completely ridiculous. If she’s over 18, in any developed country, she can make her own decision about who she dates.

Very accurate.

Feel free to pm me if you need any advice on it. I know the first time you go, it’s difficult to pull the trigger on it
/r/seduction03/06/25 06:54 AM

Exactly. Nobody is using apps because they are effective. They are just the easiest option that requires zero effort and low risk of in person rejection.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/25 06:38 AM

You just want to convince yourself it’s pathetic so you don’t have to do it because you’re too scared.

Stop being a puss and approach. Barcelona is pretty easy place for it (compared with harder places like London etc)
/r/seduction12/02/25 08:44 AM

Well done mate, you are forged in steel after 1k approaches in Germany. Not many people could hack that lol. Everywhere else will feel easy in comparison.
/r/seduction03/11/24 11:25 AM
1

I know this is old but just seen this. Mate your sets are absolutely fine. Don’t listen to all the yanks here picking them apart. Your main bottleneck is your in probably the hardest country for cold approach I’ve ever been to. Germany, Romania and Lithuania are ultra hard mode. Get the train over to Poland or down to Serbia, I promise you, if you do the same there, you’ll be getting good results.

Depends who the coaches are. I go coaching when I first started, only one day though (€450). Was very useful. For you, just go for James Tusk or one of the Natural Lifestyles guys in Budapest. Everyone here is recommending weirdo American guys.
/r/seduction15/09/24 11:53 PM

You need to get on twitter. Big scene for Daygame in London (although it is slowly dying). Follow guys like Thomas Crown to get started.
/r/seduction14/07/24 10:54 PM

Crazy, you’re giving over more money than I’ll likely earn in my life. You’ll get it back man, take the lesson.

Learn Daygame. Read the works of guys such as Tom Torero, John Bodi, Nick Krauser. None of these guys were very good looking, ended up with lay counts exceeding 100

I would really avoid reading this old pick-up stuff. These ideas have long been superseded by direct game, which is now widely accepted to be the optimal approach most guys. You need to get all this gamey rubbish out of your head and start being genuine in your approach. Start with reading Models.

I don't know what you want to hear. Spend 1k on a boot camp with James Tusk and I'm sure he'll tell you the same thing. In order to date the women you want, you'll need to make dramatic changes to your life. That's all there is to it.
/r/seduction24/08/21 04:28 PM
2

Age is a small factor in SMV. You are an unemployed guy in his 30s. Your SMV is rock bottom. Work on developing social groups, getting a career (and therefore moving out of boring English town), and working out. After about 5 years of that, you'll be ready to think about women.
/r/seduction24/08/21 11:42 AM
2

To be honest, women are the least of you're problems. Focus on getting employed, and improving your life situation. Daygame takes a high level of social calibration when you do not yet have.
/r/seduction23/08/21 07:08 PM
1

Nobody feels comfortable doing daygame. I'm at around 100 approachs now and I don't feel 'comfortable'. Get out there and do it anyway.
/r/seduction17/08/21 07:17 AM
1

You are expected to take the lead as a man. Did you know this before going on the date?
/r/seduction17/08/21 07:14 AM
1

Why not just get out of the shithole small town you live in? So many great places around the world you can go to where this reputation will not follow you. Just move asap.
/r/seduction15/08/21 04:02 PM
2

Why are you daygaming in smalltown england? You are asking for trouble. Get to the big cities. London, Manchester, Leeds etc
/r/seduction15/08/21 01:19 AM
1

Good work man. I will say though, definitely get some feedback on your approaches. Those stats do suggest something is off, your flake rate is very high. Should be getting far more dates with the amount of numbers you are collecting.
/r/seduction26/07/21 03:25 PM
6

These numbers are about right for an average looking guy. Ditch it and go do daygame. Way better quality and higher date conversion rate.
/r/seduction19/07/21 10:50 AM
1

I keep hearing 'dont approach, focus on goals and become the guy they chase'. But realistically unless you are famous, or a big on social media, they won't be approaching you. Imo, you should be approaching as much as possible.

Don't listen to that guy. Keep on trucking bro. Learn cold approach/daygame and have good profiles on apps

I think you are confusing things. 70k will out you amongst the top earners in the UK. But you currently say you have no social skills, no friends and live in a small town. Earning 70k will not fix any of those things. Focus on your overall SMV, money is just one part of it (unless you want to be a betabux)

Daygame. There are some good telegram daygame groups that I can link you into if you PM me. Other than that, if you are above 8/10 looks wise, try OLD. Hobby wise, BBJ and lifting.

Reminds of how after Tyson Fury won the world title, he went off the rails because he had no goal anymore. You are living the dream, I am the same age and no where near where you are. Maybe find some new challenging hobbies that you can start from the bottom on (BJJ, an instrument, etc)

I've only just hopped on OLD over the past week. First time on since 2015. The quality of women is shocking, 95% overweight or ugly. Just sad, zero.point.
/r/askTRP20/03/21 02:28 PM
1

That's fair enough. I lived in london till I was 24, moved to Leeds now. The only people I know that stayed come from generational wealth, hard to make a good life there otherwise even with high salaries. Rent is insane and house prices are artificially inflated due to foreign money laundering. But if I was still 21 I would want to be in London too, it's just when you want to buy it that reality hits.
/r/askTRP10/03/21 08:40 AM
1

I get you man. It's tough in London, but get your head down and grind. You've got a long career ahead of you so I wouldn't worry mate. What I would say though, is you can have a much higher quality of life away from london. You are competing with foreign money, big players in London. You can live like a king in the midlands and the north with the money you'll be earning.
/r/askTRP10/03/21 12:16 AM
2

You seem pretty all over the place man. First, you can live a decent life on 28k depending on where you are (everywhere but london). The average UK salary is 30k. Secondly, where have you got this 700k house idea from? Most people will never own a house worth that without significant inheritance. You need a reality check. This isn't the US.
/r/askTRP09/03/21 09:42 PM
2

Bro, listen. These guys commenting on this are probably from the US and won't understand. Don't pay off the student loan UNLESS you are going into a very high paying career (in london tech or high finance). In any other case, just let it be and you'll never end up paying the full amount. As for moving out, I moved out at 19 for uni, came back at 25, then moved out again at 26. Don't sweat buying a property straight away, get your career started, rent in a house share or live at home. Save as muc…
/r/askTRP04/03/21 03:59 PM

The things you mentioned that you've improved are all superficial. You need to work on your own mindset and mental toughness. It normal to feel depressed sometimes though, take stock of where you are and keep moving forward.
/r/askTRP04/03/21 03:31 PM

You struggle and you are too 10%?! Damn, I am fucked then

What kind of attractiveness would you say you have to be to get results? I haven't used apps since 2015, seems way harder to get results nowadays
/r/askTRP19/02/21 10:22 PM
1

Bro I am in a very similar situation to you and same age too. The only conclusion I have come to is you can live a pretty good life in the UK as long as you don't live near London. Sure, we did get honeydicked by doing Science degrees and may not earn big bucks, but owning a decent house and whatever car you want is very achievable if you are financially smart. I don't want stress from work either, totally agree with you.
/r/askTRP15/02/21 10:53 AM

Honestly it's so easy to get overwhelmed with this shit. Sticking to this is what is needed to stop paralysis by analysis

How are you meeting girls in London currently? Mostly on tinder?

Same here man. Sucks in the UK
/r/askTRP05/02/21 12:07 AM

Honestly I wouldn't stress about it. I lived at uni, it was decent. It isn't like the american TV shows. Everything settles down after the first 3 months as everyone has made their friend groups. It's one now, don't worry about it
/r/askTRP02/02/21 05:08 PM

I made a post over on tresless recently. Basically, I didn't make make big gains, but it completely stopped the hairloss, which is a great result for me. I would highly advise starting Fin, and adding Min if you want to regrow lost hair.

It's important to learn cold approach skills, and the only way you can do that is by cold approaching in bulk. That's my mentality anyway

When I think about these kind of goals, I just get overwhelmed because they seem to far away. I prefer to keep it simple, but each to their own.

Your choice is essentially... a) Sit at home thinking about her banging this new guy, weakening your own mind and reducing your potential for future success. b) Move on and focus on yourself, increasing your willpower and resilience. Only you can make the choice.
/r/askTRP17/10/20 12:41 PM

I had a similar choice at 25. I chose to move out and personally, the mental gains you get from it are worth it imo. I think living at home really prevents you being in a real adult mindset most of the time.

I graduated from a UK uni a few years ago now. My advice would be Resist the temptation to get a girlfriend. After the first term, this is what most people do. Don't be most people. Make sure to take advantage of the societies. This is a really easy one to miss. Get into a few and actually go to the events. Good way to make new mates etc. Look into internships. This will give you a huge leg up after graduation. Study hard. You should be aiming for a 1st, don't let it slip in 2nd year. And finall…
