Because there needs to be a clear definition of sex. It's already iffy as it is culturally, as some people consider themselves virgins despite having performed oral sex because they "haven't penetrated/been penetrated". So you could add something I saw a while ago that rape law should be being penetrated or made to penetrate vagina, mouth or anus without consent, but then by that law women can't rape other women. So it's a hard subject to define legally speaking.

I'm not a fan of cancel culture either, in most cases I even think personal life has nothing to do with work. But this case is unique. Not only did she lie, she's getting support in it. Yeah, well many people think the prison system should focus on punishment over rehabilitation, which doesn't make much sense to me. Some people will torture themselves mentally for the rest of their lives for what they did, so rehabilitation seems like the logical decision.

And if they removed the sexism then there shouldn't be a problem. The idea of a death penalty being inherently sexist seems to be the idea you're perpetuating here, which just isn't true. It's something that happens to be biased against men. Remove the bias and there shouldn't be a problem. I don't personally think there should be a death penalty, but that's for other reasons, and has nothing to do with who gets it.

Though I think we all agree that gender quotas are stupid, the least these people can do is have them both ways. I heard of a company that had to have 30% or more women on the board. After having that policy for a few years they ended up with 80% women on the board, even though the quota hadn't changed. They didn't require 30% men for some reason.

There are the things called "studiepoeng" too, literally meaning study points. Normally it's just points you get for good academic performance, but girls who go into STEM get additional points. I have nothing against affirmative action if it goes both ways, but for some reason they removed additional points for guys going into hairdressing and nursing.

I do agree that the video isn't the best example, since clearly some of the guys are enjoying it, but not all of them are. That's what's important. I think the problem with the video is that it has a lot of male dancers and models. The whole point of the clip is to arouse women. Eh, I'm not sure where I stand on circumcision, but I definitely don't think it should be done to children. I've heard a few stories of uncircumcised guys tearing their skin during sex, and so they're forced to snip it. I wouldn't say it's mutilation like many do, but just let people choose for themselves.

I support equality, and though several people have pointed out the former historical meaning of the word feminism, I refuse to use even that definition, because it contradicts itself. Feminism is an inherently unequal term due to the fact that it stems from female. It's the same as saying you support equality for all ethnicities but using the name semitism.
