I got no idea but most people have relationships at some point and you managed to get this far you'll figure it out. I believe in you.

Sounds like you might have better luck with a relationship than a series of ONS. Now that you can attract making that little change shouldn't be that hard.

Put the dog in another room, wait till the dog is asleep(expect surprise cuddles if you're loud) or take her(the girl) back to your place. Only ones I can think of.

Really? Didn't read that way to me. Sound more like he doesn't like seduction much but without it he is left alone so he does it anyway.

It's a mindset thing I've felt too old since 20. That feeling comes from social anxiety and introversion for me don't know where you got yours from. Could be enviroment I've known a few people who got into a ltr in their 20's starting to consider clubbing at their age to be pathetic. Coild have a few of those around.

That's unusually good I get a like a month or so. Having standards also isn't necessarily a bad thing either. Approaching girls will fix that if it is a problem by giving a you a more realistic view.

What is this passion thing and where can I get some?

I've been looking for perfection for near 30 years sorry but I don't think it exist it's like infinity a theoretical thing we can approach but never get to. Having said that I wouldn't consider rejection to be a failure. It's simply another step in the plan. You don't sit down and put a book into a computer, you write one letter at a time. You don't show up at a construction site and put down a house, you build it one piece at a time. You don't wake up with a girlfriend, you meet people get to k…

It's a balancing act you need to show a little but not nothing but most importantly you need to learn that hearing no means you stop. I think you already have that part down. The problem quite a few men have is going way to hard and not knowing when to stop but someone from your side of the tracks knows how to do this part now you need to learn to show what you want. That's all you do show what you want and those that want the same should come with you and you shouldn't have to do much. America …

As long as you aren't forcing anyone to participate I don't see what's wrong with wanting as long as you can accept that others may not want the same things from you. Wanting isn't a problem it's how you deal with not getting it. First step to getting it is being able to accept that you do want it and that's okay.

Psychologist. Don't bother with random strangers on the internet you need to unlearn quite a bit of behaviour and learn that it's okay to want to be sexual with others. A professional will go farther faster than anything else.

You really don't want it stuck if it sticks it's in Gollum territory. Better to have bouts of confidence than none.

It's different for different people I went to the gym 3-4 times a week for three years ans I hated every second of it but I did it because I convinced my self I had to. I had a work accident later and had to stop going for a few weeks and I never managed to stick the habit again because going to the gym is the most boring thing I've ever done. I do long walks, hikes or swim now instead and I feel quite a bit better than when I went to the gym.

I think something actually big happened death in the family, getting fired, losing her home something of that nature people don't just unroot like this from a bad first date even the unstable ones. I don't think this had anything at all to do with you.

If I remember correctly it's supposed to be a way to make sure the rest of the group doesn't try to sabotage your attempts the least attractive girl is usually chosen because she is often the one to get in your way the most due insecurity or jealousy or something. Honestly starting by talking to the guys probably works just as well you simply need to interact with the group and get in good standing with them before you try any escalating so the group does less to stop you.

Ohh it is ridicuolous but I have a buddy who was a little on the shy side but 193 I'm telling you it's bloody real. Annoying as hell when you are the only short one in the friend group.

Not the "no chance for short guys" thing only the "taller than 185 you can get a girl wherever you on that alone" thing

Talk to her and ask her out? No matter what she says you'll know. I don't know of a better way.

I think of beta more as a current status than way of being currently I'm at beta status but with some work that can change to alpha but yes my internal dialog is indeed not at an optimal place right now. Working on it but it's slow going.

Only works if you work on yourself first I have been turned down by women who later ended up dating guys who border on psychopathy but they get farther than us betas because they have confidence and know how to play the game.

My shrink once told me confidence is built by achieving your goals. So set yourself small easy goals: talk to x many people/girls, stay out x long without alchohol, go out alone, make a friend etc. You're better equipped to tell what you aren't so good at than we are so what your goals should be should be answered by you. Hope it helps and good luck.

I'm from Iceland university starts for us at 19 used to be 20 so I have to say no to you being too old. After 25 some people give you weird looks but they mostly boring people anyway. Go nuts, live a little.

Ever watched a movie with a hot actress but either her acting or the writing makes her extremely annoying and you want her to have as little screen time as possible? Now imagine having to spend a shit load of time with her in person. That's what dating people with shitty personalities is like. If you ever get anywhere with a girl with that kind of personality I think you would get it pretty quickly.

Nice poem but total asshole warning is there any way you could add a space when a new line starts, going straight to a new word starting with a capital letter without a space between the words is horrendous to look at.

I am precisely like your buddy there so my advice is, for the love of god do not try to game with him he is going to drag you down, the more populated the place the worse it gets. Didn't mean to bring the guy down to much, he's probably a decent bro to have he's just not really useful(at the moment) at pickup and such stuff, that doesn't mean that you should stop hanging out with him or anything. And don't mention his game to much some guys have a problem with criticism, sounds like he is one of…

Good idea but unfortunately I live in Iceland so beaches aren't very common and even in summer time they are quite cold, might use it when I am traveling though.
