We're not wondering why we're single: we choose it. I need to bat men away.

Isn't the current trend: 20s men seeking 30s women? Isn't it because they can't score dates with women their own age?

Could she do therapy to deal with said baggage? Are all women who date doomed to the same fate?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/26 12:56 AM

We usually speak of "relationship" baggage -- things that you have not dealt with from a previous relationship. Is your point: all women are misandrists?

Except from what i gathered From where? Online? Snippets of your loved one's complaints (because we're less likely to seek advice when things are going well)? a lot of people tend to make their past dating woes their current partner's problem. You can screen for unhealed people. You can also break up with them.

In general, your relationship should be about your relationship. I'm not interested in a partner with unsolved baggage.

Women's dating woes =/= your current partner's current problems

You're not supposed to empathize with women's dating woes. You're just supposed to date (if you want to date). Debating dating online doesn't help land dates.

That's disturbing and I'm sorry.

I was 28 years when my parents divorced And your mom told you it was expressly because of sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 07:59 PM

How old were you when your mom told you what about your dad sexually? Would my presence at court have changed the outcome? Lol no. I was wondering where you got that info concerning the judgement.

Sounds like a winning strategy, buddy

So you don't want women to pick you for your personality, but you expect them to stumble across your dick somehow?

So how are the ladies supposed to choose you for your penis?

Apparently though after 38 years of marriage my now 60 year old father wasn’t fucking my 58 year old mother hard enough anymore Who told you this??? Naturally a judge decided that since my father couldn’t satisfy her sexually anymore, she deserved half of the family’s assets Were you there for the court proceedings?

Alright then you have this small caveat that not everyone is actually looking to expand their circle, in fact most people arent. And then these people who do, need to also like you which is also not a sure thing. This isn't the hurdle you're describing it as. Or, I guess the social skills needed are the same ones that serve dating.

Oh I wouldn't doubt that at all either.

I'd have to dig in the data to see what happens when both parents want to be the primary parent. My assumption is, if it doesn't go to the mom: it's because she's the 'crazy' parent & the dad seems "waaaaay better off".
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/26 12:40 AM
3

No, I meant like all their material circumstances and like documentation. Courts/child welfare systems discriminate against good people (lots of dads) based on their circumstances. Moms only really lose custody if they're like the worst people ever, ON PAPER. Courts don't care about anything else (except for their biases***).
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/26 12:13 AM

I'm saying, due to sexism, women usually get children in custody cases. Any dad who wins the kids, is demonstrably a better parent than the mom. So the group of dads are exceptional compared to any old crappy mom.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/26 12:05 AM
9

Totally. If the dad is the primary parent, that means he's waaaaaaaay better off than the mom. Meanwhile, any mom can be a primary parent. The groups of people being compared aren't the same at all.

So what underlies the concept of romance?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/26 01:14 AM

Ok but you're ignoring OP's point about focused goals: do you want romance? Do you want sex? Refining will help you navigate.

The funny thing is, she has to prove her worth by having children... Who will have to prove their worth by having children... So that we aren't leaches on the tax system??? Lol where is the logic. So many dependents and old people being created.

Because life is in a constant fight against disorder. How is this an answer? I don't share whatever underlying philosophy/knowledge is needed to make that intelligible. Can you explain?

So you think every dude who has ever broken up with his girlfriend is a sociopath? What about women who end relationships? Are they also sociopathic?

Can't people change without being duplicitous?

Lol. What about the way I talk?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/26 07:51 PM

It’s honestly so one sided though men have to kind of accept it This contradicts: she also swiped on a thousand man and took who bit. The commenter's point was about this discrepancy. Incel types bemoan inaccessibility to genuine sexual desire (from hot women). But on the numbers, it might be said that the woman is not being genuinely desired as an individual, rather, she's 'all that bit'.

U/they-man69 said: When women talk about the pay gap, they talk about wanting to be paid the same as their male CEOs without having the experience for it.

That doesn't address the other commenter's point about the existence of male CEOs somehow explaining the gender pay gap.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/26 04:58 AM

Women are actually ahead of men, when it comes to university education. They have a higher likelihood to get higher paying jobs because of that experience. When women talk about the pay gap, they talk about wanting to be paid the same as their male CEOs without having the experience for it. Then why don't women have "the experience for" CEO positions? Why does that pay discrepancy exist?

Studies show that women are generally less interested in dating than men. Being single negatively affects men's well-being and life quality more than it does for women. And you think this is genetic?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/26 06:19 PM

If a plane dude didn't want a plane woman So are these like Autobots or Decepticons?

I find a lot of my male friends attractive; that doesn't mean we're compatible. Moreover, I value their friendship and wouldn't want to risk losing it.

The original discussion point was the impact of having one's appearance belittled. An unfounded comment is still a comment. Enough comments make you doubt reality.

Studies do show a rising incidence in male body dysmorphia and disordered eating behaviours. Since the early/mid 2010s, researchers have found that the same societal pressures aimed at women have begun to be internalized by men. For men, this can manifest as an obsession with musculature. If I were to check the current research, I bet you they're studying steroid use as a dysmorphic male body behaviour.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/25 06:34 PM

We can discuss reasons why after. The point is, you agree that men will insult women's appearances.

I used to engage in casual sex but I stopped because I realized 98% of male hookups are selfish, inadequate lovers.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
