1	Spousal Maintenance Advice Florida has a formula that's typically used. it's 30% of the Payor's income - 20% of the Payee's income. So in your case it would be around 2500 a month. What I don't know is how that income is calculated. What if you had just recently doubled your income? Obviously if you took a lower paying job temporarily just to avoid it, they'd probably call you out on that, but no idea how it all works.	/r/Divorce_Men	19/09/18 07:35 PM
