| 2 | As a person with daddy issues, I feel kinda offended by the daddy issues stereotype in women. No you're right it's really weird but there's dudes who find daddy issues hot for some reason | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/08/25 05:08 PM |
| 5 | As a person with daddy issues, I feel kinda offended by the daddy issues stereotype in women.I just need to accept I'll never get the apology I want because if I ever brought stuff up he'd say he doesn't remember doing it or say he's a good father because he never hit me even tho he literally hit my mother in front of me more than once. It's hard knowing you'll never really get closure or probably even a genuine I love you | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/08/25 10:07 AM |
| 5 | As a person with daddy issues, I feel kinda offended by the daddy issues stereotype in women.I don't blame you. My dad is in a nursing home now due to health issues and he's gotten a bit better now that he is forced to take his meds for his mental health issues but I still kinda hate seeing him because it makes me always a little angry that he couldn't take those meds when he lived at home because he always claimed they didn't work but on the rare occasion he did take them it made his anger issues much better. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/08/25 10:03 AM |

| 12 | As a person with daddy issues, I feel kinda offended by the daddy issues stereotype in women. As a women with a shitty dad I understand the struggle. What's worse is when men blame the women for their bad relationship with their father or fetishize it. I've told men in the past about my poor relationship with my father and they've said "hot" in response 🤢 there's nothing hot about my dad being abusive to my mom and I and only saying he loved me when he's trying to look like a good dad in front of other people. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/08/25 09:48 AM |
