I deal with customer service.... I'm fairly aloof and not overly friendly (but try to remain professional) towards customers. I'm probs not the best person for that role, but i know enough to get you whatever you need if is an simple request. Customer side of things, I find males a bit better in terms of service and are generally more professional.
