I’m 36, got divorced at age 34 and have a 2 year old son. After the divorce I have been focusing on self improvement. A lot of the good looking men on dating apps have no problem getting matches. You should be happy he responded this way because he is being straightforward from the jump. If he waited until after sex, I’m sure your frustration would be much higher. This way it’s clear what he is looking for and if you’re not on the same page, neither of you are wasting your time.

5 days a week Sunday - squats, abs, calves Monday - chest, triceps Tuesday - back, biceps Wednesday - rest Thursday - legs (leg press, rdl, lunges, calves) Friday - rest Saturday - shoulders
