8	It's not just feminist groups who oppose shared parenting bills; bar associations oppose it as well. If shared parenting is the presumption, it would reduce the amount of litigation, meaning less money for lawyers. Yup, its all about money. IMO if both parents seek custody. They should go in front of a judge without lawyers. If one parent or the other can prove, not just hearsay, that the other is in some way unfit, then it can go forward and lawyers can be involved. If one parent doesn't want to agree to a schedule, and there is no reason to not do 50/50, the judge will look at the work schedules of each and make a decision for split time. 1	Just a little vent. lol, I think it doesn't matter, she can move to a state that has those laws and the division of child support can enforce them wherever you live. Just don't have kids until you are like 35 and know you want to settle down, never want to touch another women, and are willing to stay with someone you hate for 10-15 years until the kids are 18 if shit goes south. 1	Just a little vent. Wow man, My ex asked for me to pay her lawyers fees too. If that would have went through, I honestly may have went crazy. Even now, there are times i have to meditate and think of my children to remain sane. Good luck, also remember when your paycheck stops coming reality will hit her. ALso always take the high road. 1	Just a little vent. In some states it is worse if you are not married. I wasn't married to my ex, and that is why she got back CS. Had we been married. She could not have gotten any back child support. CS would have been ordered from the time that we went to court and child support was ordered. 1	Just a little vent. I am teaching my kid to wait until 35. At least. That's to get married. Marry younger and wait another 5 years for kids. I mean, I really love my kids. And i'll do what it takes. Me an their mom didn't work out.. which means I have to pay. So fucked up. But I still suggest having kids. At a way older age.
