You can really lift more weight with proper form and breath control. I find that if I stretch in between sets I get it in better. Some say not to but it don't feel right. Stretch out your upper and lower body before each workout. Don't listen to the bro scientist. And don't ego lift 15 reps or better nigga otherwise you just playing.
