CMV: I think the study regarding number of sexual partners and divorce rate is misunderstood.Couldn't of said this better myself, men of high smv will generally try to find women with a low N count and high SMV as well. A high n count doesn't make you a slut, it's just a symptom of a slut. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/10/15 06:08 PM
Woman sleeps with homeless man.Neither do i lol. I honestly didn't know the red pill was full of doctors, and engineers lol. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/10/15 05:20 PM

Women cheating vs Men cheatingI man who was going to cheat shouldn't be in a relationship with a woman regardless. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/10/15 12:15 PM
| -32 | Woman sleeps with homeless man.Haha im also a mechanical engineer. Didnt know the RP had so many educated people. | /r/TheRedPill | 14/10/15 07:50 PM |
Let's talk about swinging. [xpost from asktrp]I honestly think that while you make a good point i do not care what my FWB does but the red pill clearly defines a line between FWB and LTR. A LTR relationship is about monogamy and commitment and i would never consider someone who was FWB status as LTR material. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/10/15 07:49 PM
AMA fitnessWould know i don't cruise or cycle for very long or oftenly so no need to check. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/10/15 01:45 PM
AMA fitnessGet used to keeping a diet log and eventually when going out it eat it will be easy to think about the ingredients in the food you order and break them down into different macros. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/10/15 01:43 PM
AMA fitnessMuscle size is directly correlated to volume of a workout, high volume with moderate weight is my training protocol. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/10/15 01:41 PM
AMA fitnessIncrease your calories and train seven days a week wound be A foods place to start. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/10/15 01:40 PM
AMA fitness1.the best thing that will work is tracking macros/calories if you dont do thst its like trying to find your way to a friends house without gps Cannot comment im an mechanical engineer not a doctor haha | /r/TheRedPill | 10/10/15 04:35 AM
AMA fitnessI drop to 2500 cals during my cut then when i stall in fat loss i lower my calories by 250 everytime i stall after that | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 09:52 PM
AMA fitnessNo problem man! My version of intensity means low rest periods (1 minute tops) between sets with every set being to failure. I always try to improve either me weight or speed of my workout therefore leading to progressive overload. Another way to describe my workout would be sweaty and almost always out of breath | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 08:55 PM
AMA fitnessI train legs twice a week with my core lift being squatting with an emphasis on lots of volume, for example my typical leg workout: Squat : 100 reps @225 lbs 8 minutes Lunges : 100 reps various weight Leg press 5x5 (75% max) Quad extensions: 100 reps (50% max) Straight leg dead lift: 50 reps 225lbs | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 08:51 PM
AMA fitnessI consume sugar always your body turns any carb into glucose your fro yo for the most part won't be any difference on body composition as brown rice. All carbs are equal when speaking of body composition. Its important to find a balance between life and lifting. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 08:33 PM
AMA fitnessWell I'm 220lbs probably around 8% cutting currently on 2500 calories 250protein 100 fat and 150 carbs. I taper my calories lower as progress stalls. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 08:30 PM
AMA fitnessNo problem man! as far as training goes the best results I have ever gotten as a beginner was push/pull/legs repeat twice a week, as far as diet goes I'm not a firm believer in fasting, keto, or any other fads, keep it basic, track your calories/macros and make sure your losing weight at your desired pace. When ever you stall drop the carbs or fat even lower. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 06:54 PM
AMA fitnessHmm considering stretch marks are genetic and you sound like you lost a lot of muscle. I'm going under the assumption that you have bad genetics for stretch marks and still have muscle memory persay from previous weight training so theoretically you should be able to lose fat and gain muscle on a recomposition diet. This only works for novice lifters who haven't gotten their newbie gains yet or lifters who have lost muscle . | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 06:09 PM
AMA fitnessDue to my bad lower back I never dead lift more than 225 to be honest, it doesn't take massive amounts of weights to build muscle and strength, just good intensity. Id say powerlifting has its merits but its the fast track to getting hurt. I've always focused on moderate weight 4-20 reps with high intensity and volume. I don't train abs . | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 06:05 PM
AMA fitnessHmm I count my macros everyday in a log so my diet honestly varies from fast food to homecooked, typically on a cut for breakfast: I'll eat Greek yogurt with two McDonalds burritos Lunch: 1lb ground been w/rice Dinner:1lb chicken w/rice On a bulk I go cray lol | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 06:02 PM
AMA fitnessHaha very true , although the theory's here work and I've implemented them in my life before I even knew what the red pill was , I find it very extreme | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 05:59 PM
AMA fitnessYour more than old enough to use gear, I think the turning point in your choice will be with knowledge, once you know /researched enough about AAS you will understand when I say there's no reason to not do them. I'm an advocate of drug "use" not "abuse" its important to know the difference. As far as a first cycle testosterone by itself will illicit little gains , if I were you I'd stack test + prohormone/oral like DMZ or dbol. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 04:59 PM
AMA fitnessBoth are valid ways to progressively overload personally I would try to get more reps, I'm a advocate of using least weight as possible. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 04:30 PM
AMA fitnessHonestly when it comes to serious injuries like herniated discs its best to stay away from exercises that could make the condition worse. Wearing a back brace/belt would help too. But in general I'd stay away from heavy squatting and deadlifting. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 04:03 PM
AMA fitnessI do not believe in deloading or overtraining , I haven't intentionally taken a rest day or deloaded in the past 10 years, principles of deloading revolve on giving your neurological system a break something that I don't believe in due to the fact its very adaptable to stress. Although I do believe in training with lighter weights on days im not feeling as strong I will always do more reps because of that. Intensity of my workout never changes. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 03:26 PM
AMA fitnessYes I believe it's the most effective way of looking good year round while adding muscle, I have friends that perma bulk and the difference in mass and strength isn't much, I believe in the set point theory which is why I stay below 12% bf year round. Strength is a neurological adaption to a significant extend and muscle size is a secondary trait of that. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 03:21 PM
AMA fitnessNo I've always been a low responder to androgens except I realized at 1g of tren was over kill and reduced it to 400 mg after the physiological changes and night sweats got to me. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 02:57 PM
AMA fitnessAlso when it comes to diet , keep a diet log and make sure your either bulking or cutting I bulk for 10 weeks and cut for 4 , then repeat , having a stagnant diet is a recipe for spinning your wheels. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 02:46 PM
AMA fitnessWhen it comes to programming all programs are based upon the idea of progressive overload, I don't follow a specific program, instead I constantly try to beat my old PR for example on chest day I'll bench 225 for 35 reps the next chest day I'll try to get 36 reps. The key to progressing is increasing overload on your muscles. For reference I'm 5'11" 220lbs | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 02:45 PM
AMA fitnessDieting at a controlled deficit of 500,calories would be a good starting place to lose fat while maintaining as much mass as possible. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 01:56 PM
AMA fitnessInjury wise I've gotten pulled and strained muscles from benching 400lbs and squatting more weight than necessary, if I've learnt anything its to use moderate weight with more intensity producing the same results but much more safely in the long run | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 01:55 PM
AMA fitnessHmm I'd say building abs muscles up are no different than any other muscle group training with weighted cable crunches ,leg lifts, and deadlifts are a good way to build up your core then dieting down to sub 10% body fat to reveal your abs. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 01:53 PM
AMA fitnessI've taken prohormones a few times , mentally no impact whatsoever, but then again I'm a very stable person. The mental sides didn't kick in until I was running 1g tren +1 g test | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 01:51 PM
AMA fitnessWas a mental factor more than anything else, weightlifting gave me confidence due to bullying in middle school , what sets alpha males apart from beta males is the mentality to see women as objectively as possible as terrible as it sounds you have to treat them like a game ,something that took me a while to figure out. | /r/TheRedPill | 09/10/15 01:50 PM
