Very good post I commend you on that. I have manic depressive bipolar disorder. Lemme tell Ya, I've tried to fix it myself through lifting eating right and meditation. I'll be going along all smooth then bam out of nowhere mania. I still do all those that I listed above, but I'm much more confident on the Meds than off them.

How to control your emotions. It's a tricky thing to do. We all have emotions, whether Ya want them or not they're there. Some negative, some positive, some nuetral. The only way I've found to control my emotions in the slightest is to meditate. I do some simple mindfulness meditation. I'm thinking of getting into vispasana soon. But that's besides the point. Agreed here. Im a newcomer for sure, but it's if I always knew this, but had no words for it. Whenever I try to point out a flaw in a friends beta behavior, they just brush it off like thats what you're supposed to do. I snicker to myself and let him do what he does. To each their own.

Ive recently been reading TRP, its been about a week and a half. Im still quite angry when I see the dynamics of men and women playing out before my eyes. As soon as I see it start happening I either get angry, or start laughing to myself. So I guess there is hope for amused mastery in the future. I can at least sometimes see a comical side to it...Sometimes. OP, this shit used to happen to me all the time. I was totally Beta, I would just be like oh ok sorry i didnt know dont yell at me im a fu…

This for sure. Being able to control your mind is a huge deal. If you can't control your own mind and emotions you're sure to fail.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
