Lost all my savings and went in debt. Lost love, respect, security. My 30s. Without her gaslighting, my relationship with my son has blossomed, but I see him very little. I’ve become more social, lost 40lb. I’ll update

I realize there’s a streak of narcissistic personality traits in her that I had been ignoring. I also realized that she sucks that gratitude, but most importantly, she fights like a demon, and I adopted her fighting style without even realizing it. I am now free of that.

PMMD is a real condition that causes this, I spent nearly a decade with a partner that was mostly undiagnosed. You should be concerned for her, this cycle happened to us. Be kind, but firm. You both need therapy to learn to heal the past trauma and to manage the episodes in the future. Don’t be me.

We have an autistic child who I fully intend to coparent like I always have. So I can’t go no contact. But a lot of media and internet stuff seem to love no contact. people told my erstwhile wife to do this, lawyers, people who googled it or asked ChatGPT, and people in the misery business usually give this advice it seems.

Every day. It’s uncomfortable. She recently moved out, but took our kid. We are still married so she can do that at the moment, but it’s a dirtbag move to withhold him from me. That said, the issue should be remedied in court and all the while I have to also live with the fact that I am still wildly compatible with the core of this woman, she is going through addiction and these are the consequences. I can’t wait till it’s no longer an issue I have to deal with. As of now I think future romantic…
