You provide kids with food and shelter because you chose to bring them into this world you flaming asshole. Spitting out a group of humans to do your chores as if they owe you something is some 1800's shit.

You mean that the self selected people that go to bars to pick someone up match the crowd and have similar reasons for being there? And I am fine with any mom looking for a fling with someone younger. Who cares?

When the conversation comes up organically there are always multiple people posting "I checked out the front page and I don't see anything bad." Without reading all comments they miss such gems as the following: From my limited experiences, women seem quite happy to get the snot goblins away for a weekend so she can go get laid and pretend she's still 20 at a bar. "Where's meh babies! hic.....another mimosa! Sally, I tell you, where have all the good men gone? hic"

Ah, this is the /r/MensRights I warn everyone about. Thank you for giving me an easy post to save for reference when this pops up next time.

A working mom with kids in school might see their children for 15 to 20 hours during the week. Dad will probably spend 20+ hours with his kids every weekend, uninterrupted. You have reasons to be pissed but this article / woman is not it.

During the school year weekend access is equal to more time with your kids than all of the weekday hours combined. This is especially true for working parents. You also miss most of the extracurricular stuff. It's hard to figure out fair custody between parents but calling the weekend "half the time" isn't out of line. Would you be happy if the husband had access to all hours the kids spend sleeping / bathing / in school and she got the rest?

I agree most guys wouldn't care and it's just a juvenile prank, but let's be real for a second, if guys did this they could be facing sexual assault charges and jail time. If they were rubbing their pussies on him you'd have a point. Hard to get sexual assault charges for rubbing your chest on someone.

Not by a long shot. That said, you drop a probably traumatized person into a new country with $400 per month to live and you'll have issues more often than not.

Something your SO knows about isn't cheating but the "playing the game" mentality is the entire point of this sub. I guess she's playing it better.

The guy in the story is most likely fictional. What I find hilarious though are the people here (cough OP cough) getting mad about the lady in the story having the same mindset that is shared on this subreddit.

My then boyfriend had to pry what happened out of me. The word "broken" is the right one. I felt worthless, like it was my fault and that I didn't deserve him so even staying with him was not being fair. He knew something was wrong but instead of ignoring it he confronted me about it, got the truth then went into action. He didn't allow me to push him away over false pretenses and he called me on my bullshit when needed. She handled it wrong, but I really doubt she could process that herself and…

When someone is this traumatized it takes a mature person to help them through it. Unfortunately, once you let things go on like this for so long there is no fixing them easily. He could very well salvage their relationship and turn her ship around but a) Most would consider him an asshole during this time. b) He'd have to act like a selfish asshole at times. She's obviously broken. It's not irreparable but bowing down to her every wish because she was a victim isn't going to help, especially wi…

Oh yes, the poor misunderstood pedants choosing to call themselves feminists instead of just not being sexist assholes. Whatever will they do if they can't use that exact word. It's in the dictionary you know!
/r/MensRights26/03/15 01:59 PM

Someone that isn't sexist and discriminatory shouldn't pick a moniker that a) Sounds sexist and discriminatory. b) Has a vocal group of assholes claiming that same moniker and making sure everyone knows it. Say you are for equal rights, hell, just say you are a decent human being. Calling yourself a feminist is unnecessary and loaded.

See, someone makes a post here that is reasonable and not really inflammatory to sensible people. Then I read the comments and see the same idiots saying the same thing they've been saying all along making this sub look just as bad as any other extremist section of reddit and the asshole feminists.
