You can't really, which is exactly what is problematic about not naming the young lady in this instance. The young men on the other hand didn't actually commit any crime, which is why they shouldn't have been named. On the one hand, she is still young and has a lot to learn, and perhaps a mistake made in her teens shouldn't follow her around her entire life. On the other hand, she is a criminal, and very nearly sent innocent men to prison to cover up her own infidelity. Keeping her anonymity teaches both her and other young women that they will not be named should they commit a similar crime. In this case I imagine the judge knew what he was doing.
