Rugby. Most cities and metro areas have local club teams you can join and play. It's likely around 50-100 dollars for everything. You'll get fit as hell and the brothers you make on the field are unmatched. Most of the time it's males 20-32 that play. You just show up and play some contact hard ass rugby. It's rewarding as hell and I would recommend that with lifting. Google local rugby clubs and try it out.
