Yea i agree with both those things. Women are taught that they should be earned by men. That only men are supposed to ask them out, that only men are supposed to propose, that only men are supposed to initiate etc., Which is unfair. i dont get why You felt the need to contradict me when thats literally what i said from the beggining.

Thats not true tho? I ve been rejected as a woman, i ve had girl friends who were rejected by men. Also yea we are being taught that. Its everywhere in pop culture, in our literature, etc. I could name you at least 3 books written by men in which women are treated as "prizes".
