Ahhhh. Reminds me of the time that I was arrested for stalking. I went to my former SO's house to get my things back after we had split. Three weeks later, the cops came to my house and arrested me out of the blue. Turns out she got pissed off and filed stalking charges against me. I hadn't had anything to do with her for those previous few weeks. It also turns out that the Virginia court system doesn't even need proof to make an arrest. Two months later when a judge finally looked at everything…

If he was on deployment he would have been considered in a full time support (FTS) role. So long as he was gone for longer than 30 days he falls under active duty, and he can still receive legal assistance. There are other rules and regulations that go with this, and I was active duty so I can't remember all the ins and outs for his particular circumstance. It would be best for him to work with his chain of command and/or try calling USAR legal command himself. Here is a link to their website...…

This is one of the best ways you can help. If pressed into a corner, she very likely will start wiping out the digital footprint of everything that she has been doing. If somebody were to have a folder of saved web pages they could make available to this man it will help him greatly.
