This was bound to happen. She didn't finish high school. All along she's been watching the women of this generation achieve much more than she has. What incentive does she have to stick to taking care of your dad for the next 30 years? If it was an arranged marriage it was basically a business contract. There was no real attraction there, probably a lot of starfishing and love marriages don't have a great outlook these days either. It happened really late but it was bound to. You can't stop it. …

Bang her up the poop chute OP. She won't bother you about it ever again, esp if she's never done it there.

The "mortal enemy" bit makes it sound like the Scott Pilgrim universe, but more realistic because she sent you to jail.

Yeah it took me a while to realize this as well. She wants me to take the initiative and be independent/responsible, be able to face the world with little trouble. Basically be alert and vigilant. After reading up I was able to spot some trp truths in my parents' relationship too. Especially how women think with their emotions.

"guess you don't have any time for dating, then" - bad form, betrays hint of saltiness, projection of insecurity, all round whiny message "it's treason, then" - powerful and regal statement by the emperor, good form, assertive, 66 times better

First off, I empathize with you regarding being an only child, an introvert and having few friends. Things are going to feel very shitty right now and the most frequently cited advice in this thread would be to hit the gym, which might feel like distant and foreign advice whose benefits you cannot yet see. To work around introversion, you need to develop hobbies and find other people and communities who share those hobbies. You need to be open and outgoing, though not to the extent that extrover…

>Once you realize it, you can call yourself a faggot and fix it. Much like when you realize that what you're feeling is oneitis, it tends to vanish.

I liked the description of different types of validation, was very helpful. I now have a mental map of when I go validation seeking and what kind it is. Your advice to overcome the behaviour is also true, anecdotally. I shifted from negative/inverse validation seeking to purposeful validation seeking, making life and career advancement my goals, and adding some hobbies like photography. However, ultimately we will have to derive our worth from our own higher selves. A career will only get me so …

Sounds like impostor syndrome. You'll have to actively and constantly think that you're good enough, it's not as bad as it's being made out to be. Your close friends or family would be able to tell better if you're really what you think.

This isn't entirely true. I once had oneitis for a chick (which was my intro to acknowledging the redpill, most painfully) whom I somehow managed to get in bed. This chick had a dad who'd served in the army and although I didn't meet him, didn't seem like a cuck at all. He kept his kids disciplined when they were kids, according to her, but she still turned out to be an attention seeking hoe. What was most striking was when she LMRed on me, I decided to call it a night and sleep instead (right n…

Computer science can be mentally and financially very rewarding but there are cons, especially the sedentary lifestyle that tends to follow. You might also get stereotyped as the quiet creep. You'd have to work against the flow to avoid that.

Yeah, but they don't realize that that only works in its entirety, not halfway like providing a bj and fucking other guys but keeping you on the back burner because they think you're worthy of being leeched off of. Pre TRP I would've fallen for this, but thanks to the sub I was able to shut down one or two such girls who were suddenly seeking commitment.

Here's how I got my first kiss and escalated, and I didn't know about trp back in 2011. Told her I could kiss her without using my lips. She refuses to believe it. I then bet her 50 bucks I can. She thinks about it and says okay show me. So I go full in and snag the kiss and promptly give her 50 bucks. Shes in shock, later said she expected a flying kiss. I seize the moment and say you seem like you want more. In shock she nods yes and then we engage in the whole hog. I too was a kiss less virgi…

Eat enough junk daily so that IBS (chronic disease) develops and is triggered. Experience the pain and discomfort everyday. Go through the corresponding anger and denial phase. Eventually build different, higher priorities for your life than junk food. Accept your limitations, eat healthy (although no food keeps the disease at bay) and hit the gym. Worked for me. Still working on point 4 tho.

Feeling like you don't deserve this because you know yourself to be a lower being. Atleast one side of the spectrum of impostor syndrome.

How can one still fall into oneitis after having consumed the red pill? It almost seems logically implausible to me. All it takes is a little thought, just a little, to snap out of it. "Wtf am I doing?". Earlier I used to pedestalize women a lot. Now the very thought disgusts me.

Sounds like your grandma managed to conquer her AWALT nature, out of fear or love I can't tell. It doesn't matter what she feels now. By the RP yardstick, her actions have spoken for her, isn't it?
