I would tell her before you have sex, might actually help her confidence. I wouldn't just bring it up on a first date or anything.

I was just a really good listener. Women love to talk and they will invest into you naturally and build attraction without you even doing anything if they are in good company. Being interested in what they have to say and not being afraid to sit back and relax can get you further than you think. This. So much.

I'd like to point out that if weight loss is your goal, don't rely on exercise alone. Adjusting your diet is the most effective way to lose weight. Work out, too--metabolism, energy, sleep and mood are all improved by exercise--but eating right will have the most obvious physical effects, which is encouraging when you're starting up a big life-change. I'm not qualified to give you concrete eating advice, so I won't. Other than that, be friendly to everyone, and do not settle for something shitty…

I think this is a great idea! Although I think it could be anything that puts you in a good mood. Doing something that leaves you feeling energized and good about yourself (for me, having a workout earlier in the day) is key.

Sounds like you had a great night and made it really enjoyable for her, upvote for that! Having a plan but being willing to go with suggestions of hers, establishing your interest with touching that isn't overly assertive, being concerned with satisfying her--all signs of you being an awesome date/lay. I'd be careful with step eight, though. If she's resisting, you're totally right in backing off a bit but not shutting down entirely--that could embarrass her and make her feel like she's ruined i…

I totally agree that people who are passionate about something are more interesting than those who don't feel much for anything, but at the same time, nobody really wants to talk to that person who only ever wants to talk about x subject. Even if I'm interested in the subject, I can only listen for so long before engaging smile-and-nod mode. To be interesting, I would say: 1. Don't be afraid to share your opinions on anything, but don't be insulting about it. 2. By all means, share what you're p…

More details? Are you simply very thin, or are you small-proportioned all around? A lot of girls are into skinny dudes, I've found. I wouldn't bring it up as a weight/skinniness issue, DEFINITELY not in relation to the girl in question (I certainly don't want a guy going on about how he's lighter and thinner than I am, call me old fashioned). My boyfriend is quite thin, he jokes about it in a good natured way but doesn't make a big deal of it--and that's perfect. I think your situation is a bit …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
