However, I feel like stage three comes with age, or at least, once that man has become comfortable in his own skin and truly realizes that he's the source and answer to all of his problems. You probably couldn't tell a young man that he's the problem and that only he can fix himself. it's very easy to blame other for your problems but it takes a real man to blame himself.
