Strive, yes, that's important. Always thinking you need to be stronger in every way - this will set you up for needing years of therapy. Insofar as the red pill is about sexual strategy, there's a lot of attractive archetypes that don't depend on strength. Prestige, fame, power, dominance, charm don't require some ideal strength. Lots of pretty boys are emotionally weak as fuck but fuck and discard models like tissues. Lots of rich, powerful men are flabby.

Coffee ... increases the amount of dopamine-receptors The same amount of dopamine trying to hit more receptors is like throwing a hotdog down a hallway. This'll get you addicted. It feels alright while caffeine is also preventing dopamine reuptake by plugging up them adenosine receptors, but fades as soon as the caffeine high fades. So, use it as a tool, don't depend on it 100%. Or keep daily consumption lower than 200mg (3 sodas; half a starbucks, espresso double shot) to keep tolerance minimal…

This is a fear based mindset; fear of missing out, of wasting hours, of watching your life go by and not accomplishing 'something' vague. Embrace the void. You will never fill it. Realize that you can enjoy healthy pursuits as much, or more, than any other activity. Once you've internalized this, working out is fun, networking is fun, making healthy meals is fun, resting is fun. You won't have to worry about maximizing hours because each activity will contribute to your wellbeing in multiple way…
