Isn't that the truth. The entire dating dynamic is framed around a man doing all these extra, chivalrous things in hopes that he gets the girl. The girl is only offering her existence.

It’s not the getting laid part that is great. It’s the “I want to get laid BY YOU” that she gives which is the addicting part.

There’s a lot of social and cultural pressure that defines what “is a meaningful life.” Most of it comes from the majority of people stuck in an ok marriage that have dedicated literally decades of thinking and their entire worldview to the notion that marriage is the epitome of existence. When you have that many eggs in one basket, you simply can’t see the world any other way. Your entire mental well-being demands that it be true.

And the girl you fucked actually wanted to get fucked by you. How is this so hard to understand?

No one is talking about proposing or a long term relationship. A hot girl wanting to fuck you is great. Yup come off as very defensive. Sounds like you can’t get any.

Coldness may not be exactly what she wants, but it’s MUCH more attractive than supplicating eagerness. Just like a slut may not be exactly what guys want but it’s way more attractive than a frumpy plain Jane.

Not so much a shit test as it was a lie. Women ALWAYS want to fall in love. She was just saying “I’m not in love with you but I don’t have the balls to say that up front”

Avoid the overtly sexual compliments, but definitely notice something about her physical appearance. You can literally just lie “oh gosh you have pretty eyes.” It shows you’re interested but have the social graces and subtlety to be more sophisticated than gross losers.
/r/TheRedPill11/08/22 03:36 PM
2

It’s about having a plausible conversation starter. Getting a girl/guy is like a song and dance. You can’t just go right to chorus or best part. It was to flow convincingly and organically. Having a dog or cute kids is a plausible way for a woman to express interest. That way, it’s not overt that she’s interested in you. Yeah this is all so dumb but that’s how or highly socialized brains work.
/r/TheRedPill13/07/22 01:47 PM
2

It’s only appreciated if she’s already sexually attracted to you.
/r/TheRedPill22/06/22 01:42 PM
1

Yeah duh. Asking for names right way is basically announcing, "I'm talking to you with the express purpose of hitting on you and I have no game." Women know men want to hit on them and fuck them. They know that's why you're talking to them. But the art of making that process seem natural and interesting and authentic is what they like. It's a song and dance, not an algorithm. It has to flow.
/r/TheRedPill30/05/22 07:16 PM
1

You're way too afraid of showing interest lol. Just grow up tbh. Women know you like them and want to fuck them. So what. Shooters shoot and aren't afraid of missing.
/r/TheRedPill30/05/22 07:05 PM
1

Nah. I'll ask whatever I want and not care what it might "look" like to her. If you're worried what she'll think, then you're just pretending to be desirable. If I'm out of her league, idgaf what she might think, I'll tell her whatever, whenever I want. The point of RP is not to fake outcome independence, but to actualize it.

It's so hard to shake my blue-pilled upbringing of pedestalizing women. No matter how much I've chipped away at it, I still feel this nagging urge to treat them like goddesses or these amazing creatures. In reality, outside of sex or intimacy, there's almost no reason to be around them. So I get that disinterest in dating. My own life is far more important to me. I like not having another person to worry about. I can do whatever I want whenever I want.

If anything, this cultural influence will make it easier for you out there. It’s helping to eliminate all your competition by turning them into giant simps. The last thing you want is every guy starting to lift and leave behind their beta ways.

This reeks of no game. Women (at least women worth pursuing) know at some level that guys really love sex and want to fuck them. You don't need to tell them lmaoo. Just like some animals have complex courting rituals, so do humans. In humans, seduction is a little dance where you have to escalate in plausible ways (convenient excuse to touch her, grab her hand, hands on her hip, etc.) Just like in music, the best songs aren't the ones where every note is played at once. You have to know how to a…

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MfMxT_jXcPE Jeff is a pretty good literature-based source for anyone else if they're curious. What's not mentioned: I like a standing barbell wrist curl where you're holding the barbell behind your back and your curl it up with your wrists. Farmer walks are also really good. But the key for forearms is lots of volume. They recover quickly so you can hit them every other day. Just don't hit them on any kind of pull day cuz you need that grip strength.
/r/TheRedPill19/01/22 09:30 PM
7

To add to this: guys if you don't have naturally good forearms, train the fuck outta them. Chick love good forearms cuz it's a subtle way to show you're strong, ripped, etc but you don't need to look like an asshole to show them off.

The phone point is absolutely crucial it cannot be overstated. I'm sexting this cute chick and sometimes my bluepill self comes out and I immediately respond, talk about random shit just to talk, etc. I'm giving her attention that she doesn't deserve. And funny enough, the quicker I am to respond, the slower she is. But if I just ignore her for a few hours, come back with, "busy rn..." or "at the gym" and just let her think on it, she ALWAYS gets horny and wants me so much more.

Progressive overload is the key for 90% of people because a lot of people need an objective goal not simply “I feel like I really worked my chest today and can feel it fatigued sufficiently.” Progressive overload forces incremental advancement. Plus it forces you to work close to 100% every lift day and not “90% which still felt pretty good so I guess it was good”

There is nothing more affirming than completely turning your life around by sheer willpower and effort. No one lifted those weights for you. No one went to the gym for you on the countless days where it would have been easy to skip. You didn’t luck into good genetics and a sculpted body. You had to grind for YEARS. There is one singular person responsible for the real, objective, beneficial growth you went through. You literally built it. There’s something very psychologically healthy about cons…

not single parent per se, but being raised a certain way. My dad was all those things you mentioned. And now that I'm older, I can see what a doormat and submissive beta he was. And even though my parents are seemingly happily married, I can see my mom resents him for not being masculine, assertive, dominating etc. But she enjoys the beta qualities too and the lifestyle he provides.

It depends if you are working the same muscle or muscle group in the super set. Different one? No problem. But the same muscle group is just a waste. You're fatiguing the muscle more but not getting the benefits of properly resting it. To stress a muscle properly (in order to build it back stronger and bigger) you need to give it time to rest in-between sets. If not, then the muscle failure is due more to an endurance fatigue.

Good post. There's a lot of investing confusion out there. It's a really complicated area of study. Almost everyone who's had success in the market thinks they know what's coming or which companies are the next "Teslas." Buy this stock, don't buy this one, diversify in these sectors, etc. But they don't KNOW. 99% of investors don't know better than the market. And you don't know who the 1% is. If it was so obvious that even non-professionals could figure out if an asset was undervalued, then the…

TL;DR get more money and don't spend lots of money lmao. Where is the specific advice about the power of passive investing? Perhaps with some literature to cite? Maybe some budgeting advice? A comparison of ROIs from various income streams over the years comparing the pros and cons of each? A quantitative lesson on the dangers of accumulating too much debt? Nothing. Just blowhard meathead talk. It reads like a parody of this sub. Please stop upvoting this douche.

Yep. It's not some sage wisdom to follow. It allows the viewer to live out a social fantasy of saying "fuck you" to every little thing that might annoy them in their life. It was a pretty juvenile critique of the modern world. Office Space fulfills a similar emotional release.

The basketball analogy is so true. Steph Curry doesn't have to think about how to shoot. Lebron doesn't have to think about how to drive to the bucket. They just are that way.

This a pretty meathead, simplistic view. Which is fine; you are more than welcome to live with narrow, simplistic views and opinions. If it makes you content and fulfilled, then go for it. I think most are a little more intellectually curious about these philosophical questions and navigating the modern world.

This times a billion. I hate when either side tries to intellectualize him. It's as if they haven't watch one goddamn second of the news in the last 5 years. The man cares about one singular thing: assuaging and stroking his own ego. That's it. That is the ONLY thing he cares about. I'm not a doctor or diagnosing him but I'm like 95% sure he has a pathological narcissistic personality disorder.

Not really. 08 was so bad because the credit agencies were rating the CDOs as good when they were garbage. It wasn’t that people took out bad loans and couldn’t pay (which is obviously not great), it was that the entire banking industry thought they weren’t in trouble on loans. The safer the loan, the more extended and leveraged you can be whenever you trade them.

/r/TheRedPill07/08/20 02:31 PM
1

What? No that doesn't mean it's irrelevant. You have to trust someone at some point unless you create everything in your device, software included, from scratch. All systems are vulnerable. Some are barely vulnerable that it doesn't really make sense to call them vulnerable and some are spewing vulnerabilities left and right. Like I said, it's not black and white. It's a spectrum. All you can do is take reasonable steps to decrease your vulnerabilities.
/r/TheRedPill21/07/20 03:04 PM
1

Trust isn't a black or white thing. Some are better than others and deserve more trust. Part of fixing this is to incentive companies with good track records by giving them your business.

And adhering to that fashionable thing will make them money or at least reduce the chances of a boycott. Make no mistake, they are only scared of boycotts from one side. It's why corporations placate that side.
/r/TheRedPill18/07/20 12:14 AM

No. Gillette was simply placating and appeasing the side they were more scared of. Plus that side cares a lot more about the politics of their companies. It was purely a business move. They don't give two shits about the content of any of their campaigns. They are simply responding to whatever pressure they perceive.

Women are experts at using their social deftness for manipulation and to get ahead. And it's obvious, evolutionarily speaking. Men have the physical dominance and leadership qualities to get what they want. Women needed another tool that fit their skillset to bring a little balance to the sexes. In complicated, highly socialized species, knowing how to traverse social situations and leverage the group's influence is very valuable.
/r/TheRedPill17/07/20 11:56 PM
1

I think it's simply that men don't respect authority from a woman in the same way they respect it from a man. We have tens of thousands of years of evolution ingraining men as the leaders. You can't just flip that switch in 60 years.
