Unfortunately I can see a lot of these cases if women wanted to pursue this path getting shut down. As another post here once said - sexual liberation for women is not even close to the same sexual liberation men share For us STIs do affect us for than men. As far as I know STIs often do not affect mens ability to reproduce and often are asymptomatic Unfortunately condoms can only do so much. Screening panels often do not cover all viruses and men often can plead ignorance Choose partners wisely…

That bit about ancestors is so right! I'm sure they would want the best for us, to be happy. And honoring them with that is such a beautiful thought.

I was seeing someone similar for a while. Well educated, emotionally available, hard worker, financially well off and not in debt, dreams and goals. He wanted to be the best dentist out there. Okay, I'm here for it. Except when we started dating he'd never actually be free. Sundays. Maybe. After lunch. Weekdays and Saturday I'd be lucky to see him before 9pm. I asked him where exactly a relationship would fall into his life? "What's wrong with what we're doing now?" .... Well I guess that summed…

Maybe we should tell them they can have sex just refrain from an orgasm. "But then what's the point of sex?!" they'd yell collectively. To women. Who have bad orgasmless sex more often then not.

And it's always guys that seem to have the most warped view on it too. They're either all for abortion as a form of birth control or completely against it for the exact same reason. I've never met a single woman that has used abortion as birth control

Yes please! Every woman needs to read this after years of men pressuring and shaming us to go without protection. Just for their few moments of pleasure

We don't want nor need anything from men and yet we as women wouldn't even consider for a second behaving like this. I'm actually disgusted having read this.

God forbid he ever actually ends up with a lovely woman and she gets sick. What's he gonna do then? Get upset that he can't put her down?

I was honestly shocked when Sam said she met her ex husband who's 16 years older than her... at 17. Like... what?! That's not okay! Can't say I was that surprised to find out he was cheating on her. I was upset though that more of them didn't address this or at least wasn't shown. Poor Sam. She deserved better.

If anyone's comeback to anything is "so I can hit you?" should really reevaluate their entire life. Pointing out the obvious here. You don't hit children. Or the elderly. You don't even hit other men. No one should be hitting anyone! Why are they only asking to hit women? Disturbing little creatures.

Something that nobody told me is that being single is a practice. It's not an end state. Being happily single takes just as much work as a relationship. It has good days and bad days and growing pains. You're allowed to mourn for something that didn't come to be. As long as you don't dwell on it. Being single in a world built on relationships and family is damn difficult! If you're like me you're going to suck at it at first. It's going to be unenjoyable and you're gonna wonder what you're doing…

Being assertive without being aggressive can be difficult when you're so sick of everyone's shit. Because as a woman a lot of times people won't pay attention to you if you aren't bringing the heat! However I think we can still be passionate and confident without being over aggressive. The first thing I had to do was some soul searching. Knowing to my core what I expect from people and when its appropriate to compromise and/or walk away. If I am having a conversation or debate with someone and t…

When I was 18 I hadn't even thought of having sex by that point. Why? Cause I wasn't interested and my libido hadn't matured. Fuck that guy. I bet so many young women out there think there's "something wrong with me" cause they feel the exact same way I did because this misogynistic society makes them believe they should be craving sex because THAT'S HOW MEN FEEL. It's dangerous on so many levels.

"God. Just get a sense of humor already" Heard that one a lot. His sense of degrading, hurtful "humor" just wasn't funny and I pointed it out everytime. Took me a while to realize even that's gaslighting. He knew what he was saying probably wasn't socially acceptable and he didn't like facing the truth on it.

I'm 29 and keep rounding up my age cause I honestly cannot wait for my 30s and a lot of my girlfriends are like "why? You're not /old/ yet!" Like excuse me? When I'm 30 I'm not going to be OLD either? I'm just going to be in my 30s. My 20s were great to me but there were so many hard lessons learned. Heart breaks. Broke weeks. Tears. Good times too but I've learned so much and it shows in my confidence, appearance, finances and who I keep company with. We're an asset no matter our age but I just…

You better believe the faces I was pulling during this whole show. Can we move away from the fantasy that "love and kindness will fix all things in a relationship/man" that is seriously just validating bad choices and behaviours? I cannot wait for the day where shows geared towards women contain more substance than that about relationships and family drama.

As far as I know surrogates only get a couple to few thousand at most for their contributions. Most of the money goes back into the companies and legal fees. I only know this cause this is legit the only way I would even consider having a biological child. Those ladies are absolute saints.

If these broke dudes looking mad they just gonna have to deal with it. We're the ones out here making our own money, getting educations and just saying no to anyone that disrespects us. We're the ones maintaining our own standards and we want someone to match up to that. No, we're not toxic, we just don't really care. And that's what gets them mad.
