Don't get sucked into all that aspirational bullshit, I think it's more of a US thing which is sadly infecting everywhere else. If you're content with what you have then you've won already.

Nope. Any self improvement, challenge or achievement is usually driven by a need for validation or to feel that you are better than someone else. It may be buried deep, but it usually is. Most things are an ego trip at the end of the day.

Why state "if you can't handle me being pregnant..?" . Reads like an attempt to shame men into dating her, as the implication is anyone who nope's on her is inadequate?

He may not have realised that without the book though, so money well spent if he's closer to the truth about himself.

My motorcycle betrayed me when it snapped a chain with no warning, and it's always criticising my lack of riding skills.

I would love to hear your views rather than just criticisms, perhaps you could provide a brief summation here?

I guess I'm just effortlessly super "trendy" and "fashionable" . Thanks! Just my view. That's why I place little importance on romantic relationships. My opinions have led me to a point where I am content without a long term partner. I will not marry or have kids, I will never be divorce raped, I will never support "Chad or tyrone's" kids. I have it pretty good if I'm honest, and have gone past any anger or disillusionment I may have felt when I realised the "blue pill" ideal is not anchored in …

I would say hunger/thirst/sexual desire is a biological drive. You probably wouldn't steal if you didn't need to in order to buy food. I haven't stolen anything in my lifetime as far as I can remember. With regards to cheating, you could be dating a super attractive woman but still want to bang the hot barista you see every day, or the new girl at the office. I don't see why a woman should think any differently.

I'm not falling for any memes. I just realise that the expectation of long term monogamy is unrealistic for a lot of people, and I believe the whole marriage/nuclear family/til death do us part is an old fashioned societal convention that doesn't seem to be relevant anymore. So I don't buy into it. Screw who you want. If you are in a relationship make it clear if you have no intention of being monogamous if that's what you want, be honest with new partners about not wanting commitment if that's …

I read somewhere on reddit recently that most FGM is clitoral hood removal, which is allegedly equivalent to circumcision. Any messing around with a baby's junk is fucking weird in my book, unless there is an acute need to remove something due to health reasons. Circumcision should not be normalised, because it is mutilation. If your kid wants to get his foreskin removed when he's older then fine, that's his choice, how anyone can be fine about cutting bits off their baby is beyond me.

We don't have a biological drive to steal money though. I would argue the desire to bang someone you find attractive is stronger and more universal than being tempted to steal some money. I think people need to drop the expectation that a partner will be monogamous, and get away from the idea that relationships have any kind of permanence.

Are most slaughterhouse workers male? Why? What effect does their work have on them psychologically? Not strictly men's rights, but might be an interesting discussion for someone, seeing as it mostly falls upon men to do the unpleasant jobs in society....

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
