Ok so I obviously didn't explain well enough previously my bad. Lots of religons require separate pools, gyms, etc. To separate women and men. Had the reason for her being kicked out because she was a safety hazard (hitting people, destroying shit, etc) then it would not be illegal due to that fact it would be hazardous. But since the reason for being kicked out was due to her gender, that is discrimination and illegal. Services do not require payments in businesses, things such as using the washroom, using lounging furniture, or even just watching her husband get a haircut is a service.
