Right, and it gets more complex when there are political aspects to it. For instance if a new anti-discrimination law says you can't discriminate on gender, does that include trans-gender or not? I can see why trans-gender people would argue that it does. I think that point is easy to agree on. What's harder is what happens to the accuser after the trial is over. Should they retain anonymity rights if accused is not convicted?
