The term sexual assault feels more useful to me than the term rape I don't know anything about forced to penetrate cases but there are journal articles on it EDIT: If sex is forced on you without your consent, it should be the same crime whether or not there is penetration. People get circumcised for religious reasons or because it's perceived to reduce risk of infection I was circumcised because of the perception it reduced risk of disease. I don't believe that view is status quo right now I don't think it increases female pleasure. Some people suggest it reduces the pleasure of the male during sex.
