THanks for the contribution man! I am way inspired right now, I just recently started going out again after a hugeee study binge last semester. YOur perspective has made me realize all the bullshit excuses I have been making for my self. Keep chasing the dream!

Anyone having trouble meditating? My favorite way to cultivate presence is through moving meditation. IN between my studies I usually walk around or practice some kicks or go exercise if I have time. Clears my mind always. Also guided meditations audios are awesomeeee! I recommend auto-hypnotherapy sessions and YOGA!!!!

yeah i was bummed about that too. haha i always try to be subtle about it, asking if people are even remotely aware of the concept. "How do you feel about girls?" "do you like to meet people?" most of the people i have met do not branch out of their social circle too much besides partying

dude! Im in santa barbara too! i go to sbcc, we should meet up next year. Im spending the summer with my uncle so i will be gone. And just a word of advice, ucsb has one of the highest std rates in the country, isla vista is like in infection zone. The girls are SO hot.
