I’ve never used dating apps and never will. The idea of belonging to the ‘picture catalogue’ you described makes me feel sick to my stomach. My friends and family get kind of weird about it too. They’ve encouraged me to get online and ‘put myself out there’. No thanks. Not bashing on other women who use them though. I know people who’ve met their current partners on there. This is just my personal opinion.

Good on you for standing up for yourself - he at the very least should’ve apologised. I actually have a similar problem due to social anxiety. I’ll be so anxious about attending something that I’ll procrastinate until the very last minute. Resulting in me running late. I’m in therapy and working on it however. Whatever his reason was, I hope he at least learnt there’s consequences for his behaviour...

A man who loses interest in a woman for ‘giving it up early’ is the definition of a LVM. Plus, if sex is what they want, they’ll fade no matter how long she waits to give it up.
