I would not date someone in their 20s. I'd want someone my age with my interest.

Logical can’t be liberal.... ok just joking, honestly it’s this identity politics and pack mentality that strokes the type of hate we see in the article. The tribal mentality needs to go.

I’ve payed off everything but my house. At current inflation it’s not worth paying extra. I get the debt space thing and agree with him to an extent. I live within my means that way, but in reality all debt really isn’t that bad. I’m back in school for my masters and paying 30k out of pocket because I can. The final strain/mental health probably isn’t worth it and I should just get a loan and enjoy myself a little. The interest would likely be moot and working full time/full time school/having l…

A sort of family member of mine was in fed prison in West Virginia. No complaints. Said it was like a really strict summer camp. It was for wire fraud, they said getting caught and keeping the lies straight while on trial was the worst. She billed people for millions (real estate Ponzi scheme) and had the nerve to play the victim. Husband got off Scott free tho, he assumed she made millions as a real estate agent 🙄. Right.

Not in that setting. If someone on chemo comes to the ER with a white count of 0.5 and sits next to some whining 19 year old chud who has sore throat and thinks he needs to be in the er the immunocompromised pt will get sick and could die. If people mildly took care of themselves as left hospitals to people who need them 99% of our problems would resolve.

I certainly don’t think they’re bad people, but their job is not to protect and serve. My friend and I both had our houses robbed in the last 7 years. Both in low crime upper middle class neighborhoods. It took the cops over 90 minutes to even come to my house. When they did they didn’t gather any evidence, and were generally unhelpful. We told them who did it (wife saw them pull out, contractor from the day before) and I still had to go to the police department on my own time (Monday Wednesday …

Nothing like some nature time for mental health. Keep with it it’ll be worth it in the end. Study for 45 min, break for 15 (walk, exercise, music) don’t look at you phone or stay at the computer. Delete social media. Improve your diet. You’ll become a machine.

I feel the Internet has bread toxicity in many areas. Dating being a big one. The current setup creates a competitive atmosphere compared to a more enjoyable social one 15 years ago. It’s like we’re more connected but completely lacking social interaction. Outside of this subs scope of practice, social media in general really seems to screw with how we think. Trying to help yourself. You can tell a lot about someone by what they do. If they’re a mechanic they probably learn visually. May have common interest in cars or racing. An engineer? Probably a structured thinker. May share interest in a project your working on. Most people spend like 30-40% of their lives at work, it certainly affects who we are. It affects who I’m going to invite where, helps network, starts conversation. Even if your in school you can just say “I do this now, trying to get e…

If work for yourself pays minimum wage at 28 it’s time to work for someone else. I know that’s brutal but it is what it is. I don’t think your paycheck determines your worth, but it certainly determines your quality of life. You don’t need to be in the 99th percentile, but you need to make enough to be able to experience life and grow, minimum wage won’t do that. The earlier you can peak your income and make it work for you the higher quality of life you will have. Women can hurt you, but financ…

$20 an hour is poor people. In America kids are cheap enough and there is enough class mobility they shouldn’t really bother your bottom line. It’s more of a time restraint. Working for minimum wage is selling your soul by the hour for a shit quality of life.

I find exactly the opposite. Successful people tend to have more hobbies, do more things, and have more long lasting and meaningful relationships. Not saying you have to be in the 99th percent of income earners but generally people who strives to be successful tend to be more interesting and have more interest.

It’s 6k a year. The toys aren’t that expensive. Saving for retirement is the equivalent of buying the 2 year old Honda instead of the new Harley. If your not making enough to do that quit being such a poor. Selling your life by the hour isn’t the answer either.
/r/MGTOW17/04/19 09:08 PM
14

It’ll likely be much higher because money is cheaper. Probably 1/2. The average 25-34 year old makes 42k a year. So 15% in your 401k in index funds and you’ll be be a millionaire by 55. And you’re not really loosing 15% of your income because you pay less taxes.

Full disclosure I’m married with 3 kids. I frequent this sub because I am a huge proponent of self actualization and minimization of risk. I have a prenup, and I believe the current political climate/public opinion is very antimale and anti family. That being said: 1 out of 6 current retirees are millionaires. Average return on the sp500 has been 9.8 percent. Starting at 35, saving 6k a year at 9.8% will land you a million at 65. While op is in an elite class in terms of saving, unless an econom…

Millionaire really isn’t exclusive. Conservatively calculated I’ll have 7.6 million at 65. I consider myself middle class. Op will be in that ballpark

I keep nearly everything in index funds. We actually took fairly similar paths as far as finances. Staying out of debt has improved my quality of life more then any other decision I’ve made. My only advice is don’t be afraid to live a little. Somethings that are finical liabilities make life more enjoyable. The whole point of being financially secure is to provide a better standard of living. I like having a nice house, active hobbies, and doing things with my kids/family.

That’s legal boogiman. It’s a contract like anything else. A “relationship” does not override a prenup unless it’s superseded by a new contract. The only place where it gets hairy are joint assets during marriage. I leave with my house because it’s in the prenup, if I sell my house and buy a new one together that would need hashed out.

Well that’s also true. These kids might not have had a father in the home because: the genetics of one or both parents were psychopathic or sociopathic cause if family disfunction. Fathers tend not to be present in lower socioeconomic classes where children are exposed to brain altering substances like lead and drugs. I’m not saying that fathers in the home has no effect. Well this has also been proven false. Growing up with no active father does increase your odds of being a mass shooter but not by the numbers provided. Takes all kinds. I’m married with 2.5 kids (one in the oven), why am I here? I enjoy the community. The message isn’t that far off base and I will encourage my sons (and daughter) that you don’t need anyone to compleat you. To do the things that make them happy, and not work your entire life for someone else. My uncle was married 25+ years and had 4 kids. His wife never worked, started cheating, took have, left the kids with him and he still had to pay alimony and child support. It’s an eye open…

It doesn’t make sense for her to kill the company either. It’s gonna eventually make it to her kids anyway. The super wealthy aren’t stupid with money.

Yeah no, it’s his company and he’s been the one running it. On the plus side rumor is she doesn’t want to take him to the cleaner as 10 billion is functionally the same as 130 billion. The company will stay mainly intact.

The check engine lights are pretty much permanently on. Censors everywhere and cause them to go into safety mode. Parts and labor are overly costly. Many special tools needed for required work. Basically never own one outside of warranty, which if he couldn’t afford one when he had a woman he probably can’t afford it now. A woman is cheap because you can tell her no and go away. You need a car. That’s voluntary spending, when your car breaks down you have to pay it. Mazda, Honda, Toyota, to a le…

I don’t disagree she was part of it. Watching his show now is freaky. He really seems like a guy I’d enjoy.

People are going to take as much as possible, that’s human nature man or woman. I’m a firm believer in men’s rights, and doing what needs to be done to live a full and happy life. I guess we just diverge on the “women are evil” part. Really life’s not that hard. All this grandstanding against them is basically the same shit the legbeards do to normal men.

I think very few people don’t support equality across the bored, but they’re differences in sexes also. Money earned should be based on how you produce, and the government should not take gender into account for anything. True equality. Everything else (who pays for meals, pays bills, goes to work) is a private issue to be decided by the people involved and is no one else’s business.

Unless it directly affected me I wouldn’t notice if someone wore someone else’s skin as a suit.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
