OP asked for help in dealing with an issue he has. My response wasn't about anyone else. But, you obviously think it's about you. If that's how you're lifestyle works, good. But , don't get pissy just cause someone on the Internet has a different opinion.

You need to talk to a Therapist about why you need the constant validation from other girls. If everything you are doing is for attention from strange women , you will never be in a happy relationship for long. An objective Therapist could help you figure out how to deal with this issue before it causes you real problems in your life.

I think the reason they don't question is they a) don't want a relationship or b) some people find "taken" as attractive. I won't theorize as to why.
