I bought myself a rowing machine for Xmas because I wanted to add in something that was a full body workout. I already have a squat machine that I adore but wanted equipment for more than targeting one specific area. I lost 56lbs last year as my new years resolution and now this year I'm focused on getting muscular and strong. So looking forward to the next chapter of leveling up in my life!
